Sailing in Panama in crystal clear waters

In January I left Guatemala on my recently acquired boat and sailed for several months around Honduras, Cuba and Jamaica. I'm now in Bocas del Toro, Panama doing some work on the boat and exploring the area. Because of the hurricane season I plan to be in Panama until November, but there should still be some opportunities to sail around here.

I'm looking for someone to help with sailing and all tasks involved with living on a boat. Must speak fluent English, know how to cook, be clean/tidy. Bonus points of you're a surfer as I'd love to hit some surf spots along the way
