  A great location in a safe area, with multiple activities and projects; I need your help skilled or not!
  Here are some unique opportunities and conscious seeking for a new journey. Here are some hands on experiences, to gain empowerment with motivation and other workers. Help is always welcome for different projects depending on the project, location and climate.
  
  The project; green space needs renovations and creative landscapes.
  * Gardening, Landscaping & yard work
  * Carpentry/wood craftsman skills, handy & practical with skills
  * Prairie land tree creative planning & planting.
  * General labor for upkeep with endurance to climate and nature's life.
  * Projects are unique and mostly physical. This reflexes on balance, coordination and natural motivation.
  
  ABOUT KATHLEEN:
  Single Lezb (60 yrs.); Active, artist in full, multi-talented artist and experienced carpenter with expertise in historical restoration, passive solar concepts. In the past I established a sanctuary in Belize for ecology wildlife projects then returned back to Louisiana 2 decades ago.
  The Sanctuary offers self healing and a creative space to friends & family as a service. This is a private home and studio gallery, not a business. We, as a team, have manifested under holistic energy over 40 years. And over the years it was built was refurnished/ recycled materials, which is another story. You can google it in the news media.
  As a volunteer myself, I have helped to develop an art community in the town of Arnaudville. Our progress and popularity is nationally and internationally recognized by its unique activities and warm hospitality. You are welcome to any of these activities doing your stay.
  Recently I attended the HEMP SUMMIT in Austin & more to learn. Also attended the national Bamboo conference to learn more about benefits of these two great plants. All my adventures are open for discussions with a great story and I am sure for you too.
  Also as a SPECIAL INVITE, the sanctuary is open to lesbian women/females for their benefit to share what women can do & learn on all levels. This is a unique self empowerment setting where one can reflex out her gifts, seek serenity and restore your strength through these challenging times.. This is the place for rejuvenation and connect with other like-minds. Come LADIES, join me and my brothers too!

  SKILLS:
  An opportunity use your garden/permaculture skills for edibles and landscape.
  Other opportunities open to exercise your alternative experiences related to these projects.
  This requires physical labor, must be in balance to endure hands on work.
  Our climate is all mostly humidity one must endure from experience to maintain a healthy & happy worker.
  One must be HEALTHY mentally and physically with some challenges but safe.
  Bond with other Workawayers & helpers in the area, if it is happening.
  
  We practice mindfulness to connect together, to exchange knowledge and experience a friendly culture.
  We are a warm hospitality group of artist, practitioners and volunteers who seek valuable
  activities and relationships.
  
  NOTE:
  The Sanctuary offers natural entertainment with bonfires, yoga, creative music and cooking like a campout.
  Please; no baggage or addiction issues and I will check your reviews, like you would check mine.
  One must be motivated, early riser, clean and mindful overall.
  
  Awareness: summer here is can be a bit challenging to those from dryer climate, this could be an issue.
  Have no expectations and make life more manageable for yourself, but do not sign up if you already know.
  
  Low alcohol consumption and 4/20 after work in a moderate way is acceptable if used respectfully.
  Humidity & Creatures:
  Outdoor cold shower is great for cooling down.
  Bugs & reptiles are part of life here, so if you have such fears and no tolerance due to coping, then SUMMER isn't your
  time to come.
  We locals have lived it and most of us love to sweat knowing it is healthy for the skin and good for endurance.

  1-2 persons- a single/double beds indoor/ outdoor kitchen & hot shower- It is rustic in a peaceful ambiance setting with character. Foton mattress for beddings.
