The family business includes a tavern, which offers food cooked with locally produced products, such as meats, oil, honey, cheese, and others. The tavern is located in northwestern Crete, specifically in the village of Chiliomoudou. The hosts, Leonidas and Eleftheria, are engaged in animal husbandry, beekeeping, and olive harvesting.
We really like the traditional way of producing olive oil and that's why we created our own traditional olive mill with millstones and we produce cold pressed olive oil.
We also like beekeeping and produce our own honey and flour with a traditional windmill.

Workawayers will mainly be involved in olive harvesting, animal feeding, and beekeeping operations. Depending on the work and the time they will stay, they will acquire basic knowledge for each agricultural activity. If the weather does not allow harvesting or some agricultural activity they will be able to help in the tavern.
