  We're excited to announce that our premises will open on May 10th for the upcoming season and close on October 30th.
  
  As part of our team structure, we are currently seeking for 2 individuals to cover two different shifts with the minimum commitment of 1 month.
  
  NOTE: Please note that we do not accept durations shorter than this.
  
  Job Responsibilities (This position requires multitasking):
  ** The main responsibilities of a kitchen porter include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. You may also assist with basic food preparation tasks and support the kitchen staff as needed. It's a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by maintaining hygiene standards and providing support to the chef and cook. Cleaning the kitchen and the surroundings, and serving (Waitress) meaning you must speak fluent English to provide serving support, be able to hold a tray and serve guests.** The role also includes engaging with guests/visitors, contributing to the personalized experience we offer. Any additional talents an individual possesses are highly valued.
  
  The work for both individuals is the same, the shifts are different.
  
  As a green, eco-friendly hotel committed to sustainable practices, we prioritize a 100% local ec0-friendly experience for both employees and guests.
  
  Applicants should be NON-smokers, and we regret to inform that pets and alcohol are NOT permitted either.
  
  We provide a comprehensive package, including one meal per shift, 6 days a week, 560 euros pay, plus Free accommodation. We are specifically looking for individuals available from May 10th to the end of October.
  
  We invite responses exclusively from individuals who are enthusiastic about working, learning, and expanding their horizons. A positive attitude, responsibility, and strong character play pivotal roles in our team. Ideal candidates should be adaptable, responsible, and enthusiastic about collaborative teamwork.
  
  The minimum commitment for employment is 1 month. It's important to mention that we prioritize applications from individuals who can commit to a longer period, as it is more beneficial for our operations to invest in training someone who can stay for an extended duration. This allows us to create a diverse and dynamic team. If you are unable to stay for at least a month, kindly refrain from responding, as we are not considering shorter durations at this time.   The person must speak English in order to be able to communicate with us and with guests, then he/she will learn Greek. There is a great exposure to the Greek language but we teach Greek also!

  A traditional two-bedroom house, each equipped with its own bathroom, with a shared kitchen located in the village adjacent to the hotel. The house is fully equipped with all necessities. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
