  I am a divorced father of a marvellous 9 y.o (born in 2015). I was a sailor for many years and travelled the world for 16 years (8 non stop). I used to be a helper. Now I am in need of some help around the houses: general maintenance, snow removal, house and personal organization, packing to move, home staging and cleaning, some daily cores and eventually a little entertainment with my little daughter.
  I speak also french, spanish, italian and portuguese that is my mother language. My daughter only speaks french for now. I also have an apartment in Montreal and sometimes I need help or can host you there.

  I have many skills and travelled a lot, for sure we have some common points to discuss. I am most passionate about sailing and gardening (organic/permacultural), architechture and art in general. I'm quite busy, so it's not always I'm available or around, but I'm present, willing to extend my hand, share a meal and curious about humans - travellers specifically.

  I need help on moving, painting, gardening, organizing and decorating.
  I have a house in downtown Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts that needs painting and other renewings. That means sometimes you may have a house practically for you, on your own. Two bikes are be available (sometimes needing a small tune-up as not used often), biking is a big atraction here. But you have everything on walking distance there, local public transport and daily public commuting to Montreal.
  I want to begin an Art Hive/Ruche d'Art (google it) and will need help on that also.
  Sometimes my daughter is around, and we like to play board games, music and arts , so if you want to share some time with us is always appreciated - but usually they will not count on the exchange.
  I have another place in Ivry-sur-le-lac, where sometimes I also need maintenance, but it's in the woods and you will need your own transport if you don't want to depends on me and the eventual neighbor.
  In any case you will have your own room with a double/queen bed and access to all home facilities.
  Please let's discuss all the details before you come. I'm very flexible in general. Smoking is allowed only outside.

  Acomodação

  You will have your own room with double bed (sometimes queen) on the house just for you. If you are a family, a second room may be available.
  Each night is exchanged for two-three hours of help. Additionally, you will have breakfast in exchange for one hour and lunch or dinner for another hour of help, but you need to prepare your meals. You are welcome to bring your own food - you will have everything you need to prepare it - or we can make other arrangements.

  The house in Sainte-agathe-des-monts is connected to Montreal by bus twice a day and has some local public transport, but you can do everything by foot or bike. It's 5-10 min walk to a small beach lake and other swiming spots at Lac des Sables, restaurants, post office, drugstore, dolarstore etc so you don't need transport. There is kayak and other water gear rentals, mountain trails, an outdoor center and many things going on specially on summer. I have 2 bikes that you can use - they may need some tune up as often not used, but are in general good shape.
  
  The house in Ivry-sur-le-lac is not accessible from public transport. If you dont have transport I will pick you up on an arranged place (probably Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts where you have direct bus from Montreal). It's near the beautiful Manitou Lake, on the mountains of the Laurentians. From the very back of house you can explore the woods, go for mushrooom hunting, etc. I have a bike for you. I'm open to your time commitment, let me know how many days you wish to come. We can arrange hours by day or preferable days in/days out. I can give you a lift when I am leaving.
  
  I also have an apartment in Montreal, and we can arrange that for you also.
