  Hi folks, this is Jörg, I live in a rural area, I have an old house and yes, I have found that it is fun to take people in because I have been able to gain some experience with it over the past few years, I would like to continue doing so and I am happy to have you I'm very busy single I'm self-employed because I don't have the time to travel the world even now I'm happy when the world comes to you and in this way I get to know new people and learn something about other countries . The project this summer is the renewal of an old wooden shed we have already started well, I thought it had already been taken down and I am about to cover the new one well down there in the area should only be designed and yes there is still a little something I look forward to seeing you if you feel like working. There are always different kinds of work that can be done on an old house and we have something for everyone creatively or especially with craftsmanship.   Hallo Leute hier ist Jörg ich wohne etwas ländlich habe ein altes Haus und ja habe festgestellt dass es Spaß macht wenn man Menschen bei sich aufnimmt da ich daran in den letzten Jahren schon einige Erfahrung sammeln durfte möchte ich dies auch weiterhin tun und bin froh auf Eure Seite gekommen zu sein ich bin alleinstehend sehr beschäftigt bin selbständig in der Arbeit da selbst jetzt nicht die Zeit habe durch die Welt zu reisen freue ich mich wenn die Welt zu einem kommt und auf diese Art und Weise neue Menschen kennenlernt und etwas über andere Länder erfährt. Das Projekt in diesem Sommer ist die Erneuerung eines alten Schuppens aus Holz wir haben schon tüchtig angefangen das dachte ich schon herunter genommen und bin kurz davor das neues zu decken naja da unten im Bereich dürfte nur gestaltet werden und ja es ist noch ein klein wenig was zu tun ich freue mich auf Euch wenn Ihr Lust am werkeln habt
  An einem alten Haus sind immer unterschiedliche Arbeiten die gemacht werden können und da haben wir für jeden was dabei kreativ oder ganz besonders handwerklich wir freuen uns über jeden der dich mal ausprobieren möchte und mal was neues Erfahrungen sammeln möchten

  Trotz ich hier etwas ländlich wohne gibt es sehr viel interessante Dinge die man rundum entdecken darf Magdeburg hat sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Museen Kirchen , Hebewerke Zoo ist Studenten Stadt mit Uni Hundertwasserhaus nur einige wenige aufzuzählen und auf der viele kulturelle Bereiche die man entdecken darf das geht auch für Bernburg und Schönebeck man kann auch Ausflüge in den Harz machen oder nach Wittenberg die Lutherstadt ihr könnt die Dinge alleine erkunden und oder Samstag fahren wir euch auch ein bisschen rum und zeigen euch bestimmte Sehenswürdigkeiten die jetzt nicht unbedingt auf jedem Plan zu finden sind egal wie lange du bleibst wir helfen Dir Sachsen-Anhalt zu entdecken und ein kleines kulturabenteuer zu erleben

  Da wir verschiedene Arbeiten haben die sehr vielfältig sein können wo ihr euch aber selbst ich sage mal ein Stück auch auswählen können was euch mehr liegt und was weniger die Grundarbeiten im Moment anfallen sind in Renovierung und Dachgestaltung sowie einige Verputzarbeiten noch im außendienbereich und im Innenbereich wie verschiedene kleinstarbeiten grundsätzlich machen wir das so dass wir eine Liste haben von denen Arbeiten die in der Woche anstehen und ihr könnt dann wählen welche Arbeiten euch mehr liegen oder wo ihr euch ausprobieren möchtet du lässt niemand dich gesund fühlen muss eine bestimmte Tätigkeit zu tun die ihm nicht so liegt ja

  Yes, we have an old house, but you get a nice, large guest room with up to four beds, for example if you are a family, the room is equipped with a double bed, there is a folding bed available and a fourth bed on mattresses, some toys for the children there too and sometimes things yes you are welcome in a shared apartment that means all living rooms can be shared living room TV and so on you can cook yourself from time to time I will cook for you myself the fridge will always be full you can help yourself without asking to have to finish yes I eat myself mainly vegan vegetarian but there will also be meat in the fridge and fish and the purchases can then also be discussed a bit what you like like that will then also be bought that can also be smoked for drinks and sweets You are not allowed in the house but you can do it outside in the garden. Alcoholic drinks and drugs are also not permitted. We want to refrain from this. We are a Christian household, which means that we pray at the table before eating.   Ja wir haben zwar ein alteshaus aber ihr bekommt ein schönes großes Gästezimmer mit bis zu vier Schlafmöglichkeiten wenn ihr z.B als Familie anreißt das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett es steht dort eine Klappliege zur Verfügung sowie eine vierte Schlafmöglichkeit auf Matratzen etwas Spielzeug für die Kinder ist dort auch und mal Sachen ja ihr seid denn in einer WG willkommen das heißt alle Wohnräume dürfen mitgenutzt werden Wohnstube Fernseher und so weiter ihr dürft selber kochen ab und zu koche ich auch selbst für euch der Kühlschrank wird immer voll sein ihr dürft euch bedienen ohne fragen zu müssen fertig ja ich selbst Essen vor wiegend vegan vegetarisch es wird aber auch Fleisch im Kühlschrank sein und Fisch und die Einkäufe können dann auch ein bisschen abgesprochen werden das was ihr halt gerne mögt das wird dann auch gekauft das geht auch für Getränke und Süßigkeiten rauchen darf man im Haus nicht aber man darf es draußen im Garten tun alkoholische Getränke und Drogen sind auch nicht gestattet davon möchten wir Abstand nehmen wir sind ein christlicher Hausstand das heißt bei uns wird am Tisch Gebetet vor dem Essen. Samstag ist Kirchgang Deutsch-Englisch Ukrainisch wer uns dort begleiten möchte darf das gerne tun es freiwillig nach dem Kirchgang zeigen wir euch gerne weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten und interessante kulturelle Orte. Es stehen auch Fahrräder und Stand-Up Boards zur Verfügung und es gibt Freibaeder in der Nähe. Sowie Bus und Zuganbindung.

  Im letzten Jahr hatte ich dreimal Gäste gehabt zweimal eine ukrainische Familie mit bis zu vier Personen und einen jungen Mann aus Moldawien hat doch alles sehr interessante ich habe gelernt dass es wichtig ist dass man sich gegenseitig den Platz lässt den man braucht den Freiraum und dass die Arbeiten abwechslungsreich sein dürfen daher haben wir auch angefangen dass die Gäste ihre Aufgaben selbst aussuchen dürfen sie unterstützen die dabei erklären was das Besondere oder wo rauf geachtet werden darf bzw die Handgriffe die man braucht um die Tätigkeit dann auch durchführen zu können und damit sind bisher alle sehr gut zurecht gekommen und ich auch ich denke das wichtigste ist auch hier dass jede Seite sein Erfolgserlebnis hat bei dem was er tut und auch sieht was sie am Ende geschafft hat so dass alles zufrieden sein können
