Hello!
I’m Emily, a single mum living in the beautiful Wairarapa region of New Zealand with my two young children (aged 5 and 3). Life is busy, full of adventure, and sometimes a little chaotic, so I’m looking for friendly, reliable Workawayers who would enjoy becoming part of our household for a while.
We live in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by nature, with plenty of opportunities for walking, exploring, and experiencing authentic Kiwi country life.
What I Need Help With
I’m looking for someone who can lend a hand with a mix of everyday tasks, including:
• General household cleaning and tidying
• Meal preparation and kitchen help
• Gardening and outdoor jobs
• Running occasional errands
• Helping entertain the children while I’m working or catching up on other responsibilities
• Light household organisation and projects
The help is varied and flexible, and no specialist skills are required. More than anything, I’m looking for someone positive, proactive, and comfortable around young children.
About the Kids:
My children are energetic, funny, affectionate, and love being outdoors. They enjoy exploring, playing, reading books, and helping with jobs around the house. Experience with children is definitely a bonus, but the most important thing is being kind, patient, and willing to engage with them.
