I am living in Khao Sok and have 4 older dogs which need cared for when I have to travel for work. We are located near the National park of Khao Sok, and live a local, rural life, with basic amenities. You will have a private bedroom and share a kitchen and bathroom with me. The dogs need small walks each day and are fed two times a day. They love to be groomed and enjoy company. My house and garden need care and attention too. I ask that the house is kept clean and tidy and that small garden work is also done. I provide drinking water, rice and cooking ingredients, such as spices and cooking oil so you can make your own meals.

Living in a rural village gives you the chance to see how Thai people really live - Kuraburi helps give you a connection to local area. Kuraburi is not a touristic town and life is simple, food is authentic and delicious.

Hello I need help with caring for 4 dogs in Khao Sok, this is a down time project, giving volunteers the chance to relax and have a base to work from. I request volunteers to ideally stay for 1 - 2weeks. The dogs are my priority and need walked, fed, brushed, and of course love and attention. All I ask is that the house and small garden area be kept clean and tidy each day, and really, the rest of your time is your own. This is an ideal project for long time travelers who need some private space and time.
We have bicycles that you can use and there are places in town to rent a motorcycle if you like, but please make sure you have insurance.

Small Thai style house with bathroom, western self flush toilet and warm shower. You have a small outdoor kitchen area with fridge and gas cooker to prepare your own meals and small seating area.

Khao Sok is located in the heart of the jungle. We are also located near the pier of Cheow Lan Lake, a must see destination in Thailand. Khao Sok is surrounded by mountains and waterfalls and you are immersed in beautiful nature, the area is truly beautiful and a popular destination for tourists. You will have the chance to explore the national parks and some secret trails which are off the beaten track.

Khura Buri is a little paradise. Living in a bungalow between rainforests and waterfalls was pretty awesome. We spent 3 wonderful weeks with 6 wonderful dogs. Saying goodbye was difficult for us. There were other volunteers with us during our time, which was refreshing.

An amazing stay in a nice&clean bungalow fully surrounded by nature. The dogs are very easy going and it‘s fun to spend time with them. If the weather is good you can drive to a beach that is 20 minutes away.
