  Hi there :-)
  I´m a family father in my mid fiftees. Working part time in my main job and the other half I am maintaining a big house with a huge garden. The house is located in a wonderful scenery with the panorama of the alps looking out of the window. The next bigger city is about 20km away and there is no bus stop close to the house so you would need to have your own car. In exchange you will stay in a very small farmer village with lots of untouched nature around. On the weekend my daughters will be at home as well. They are very keen on practicing languages and meeting travellers from abroad as they spend some time in foreign countries as well. From them I got to know the idea of workaway and till now I only made good experiences. I am speaking german and english (not perfect but happy to improve).

  I would be happy to help you to improve your german or to teach you some german words. In exchange I try to improve my english. I can offer you to be part of a german family and see how we create our everyday life. Also you can make the experience how it is to live in a small village among nature.

  I would be happy to recieve some help in the following fields (they vary from time to time depending on the season and on priorities):
  - gardening (mainly in spring, summer and autumn)
  - household (cleaning, laundry, cooking, grocery)
  - help with renovation projects (wallpaper, painting, etc.)
  - and anything else that appears by maintaining a big house
  
  upcoming projects: renovate couple of rooms (experience in wallpaper and painting would be great, but is not mandatory) and timber campaign for the winter

  Depending on availability you will have your own room with a double bed and a cupboard or a small room.

  My home has the perfect location for everyone how loves outdoors and nature. As soon as you step out the the door you can start to hike, to bike or in winter to skate. About 10 Minutes away there is a lake where you can go for a swim. Its less then 30 minutes (by car) to reach the border to Austria with access to the mountains. In about 20 minutes you can reach three different cities for shopping, cinema,...
  
  I would describe myself as open minded, interested in different cultures, active, polite, respectful and calm.
  Sharing my space with you I would like you to be respectful, reliable, friendly and take care of other people things.
  If you can imagine yourself helping me in and around my house I would be happy to recieve your request.
  
  IMPORTANT:
  
  At this point I would like to mention again that you will need your own car. Our home is NOT reachable by public transport and there are so many nice places around to explore. To keep yourself independend and to let you make the best out of your stay with us i totally reccomend you a car!
