  My name is Diana, I love to travel and have lived in 5 different countries working in the events industry. I'm now based between Lisbon and Ericeira (most of the time, that is :)).
  
  Ericeira, my birthplace, is a lovely traditional fishing village that has developed into a summer resort, mainly due to outstanding conditions for surfing - it is the only World Surfing Reserve in Europe!
  Our apartment is amazingly well located in the heart of the village where you can walk everywhere. It's a 3rd floor (no elevator), which means you get a privileged view over the ocean.
  
  This apartment is now empty most of the time and in need of some house work so we need your help! You will have a great apartment to stay in - your own bedroom - and most of time you will have the apartment just for yourself. It's a 3 bedroom with living room, kitchen, bathroom + attic.

  We would need you to help renovate the apartment and do some general house maintenance, so you must have some DIY, general building skills! Depending on how long you would like to stay, the tasks will vary.
  The renovation is moderate, mostly painting walls and - considering we would like you to have plenty of time to enjoy our sun and waves - you should only work around 3, 4 hours a day (and only 5 days a week). A couple of weeks will be plenty of time to get the whole apartment back in shape and from then on we will also need help to rent one of the bedrooms to tourists, including cleaning, check ins and outs.
  Other than this we also need someone to help us create a website so basic programming and design skills wanted!

  I am a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English. My French is regular and has been very stubborn in becoming fluent and I'm a beginner in Arabic, so would be interested in offering my Portuguese and English in exchange for French or Arabic.

  Acomodação

  You - ideally one person but could be a couple - will stay in a double bedroom with full use of the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Again, most of the time, you'll have the apartment just for yourself.
  From the apartment you have everything you need within a 2 minute walk - beach, fish, vegetable and fruit market, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, etc... it's the heart of the village!

  This is ideal for someone looking for great surfing, beach & amazing food lovers (fresh fish and shellfish everywhere), wanting to relax in this traditional fishing village of Portugal. It's also a 30 minute drive to Lisbon!
