  I ask kindly to everyone,to reply and confirm quickly,because you in other case ,you let the other workaway,on list waiting😥and this is so unfair🙏.
  I will prefer have couple can stay min. 2 weeks,but i will try to match your avaibility even for 1 week.

  AUGUST 1 month
  *Need house sitter for 1 month in August, a couple with skill to maintain a Thai house ( water tanks and many electricity shortcut) , preferably had already experience in Thailand or monsoon season weather in Asia or tropical country side.
  not scare about insect and sometimes snakes, custom to care about animals, plants, garden and able to organize job and solve the problems by themselves.
  (save water and electricity because we have water tank system, and able to resist at high humidity 🤣🙈)
  - able to drive scooter on a wet offroad
  Too young people without experience on repair and solve problems,please don't apply as house sitter on August
  *ON OTHER MONTHS
  -From may to October will be rainy season, so write only if you are up and motivated( most of restaurant will be closed, even bar and no party at all)
  -I prefer to have couples , min 2 people
  Pls, i have a long waiting list, don't write message before check monthly availability.

  First: I need motivated people interested in a cultural exchange. I advise young people interested in meeting new people and having fun not to apply to me, but to some tourist accommodation facility, where they will surely have more fun.
  
  My house is a good place to be in peace and in contact with Nature.
  No internet connection if you don't provide by yourself with data sim card ( this is a private home, not a business place/resort)
  
  I am looking for:
  Couples can help me in the garden and in the house. Bamboo and building skills.
  (I love work in the garden, but Is little bit dangerous for me to do it alone,because I am allergic to bees bite,)
  
  -Building expert , preferred use natural materials
  -On line marketing (help me to finish to build a web site) not on August
  
  No specific skills
  
  -Daily work routine: care about garden and animals, keep the house clean
  -Plant veggies seeds
  Only animals lovers,I have 4 cats and 3 dogs job is to feed, care and cuddle the animals, and keep house clean with general maintenance.
  P. S.
  In the last years Internet is working around all islands with any Thai sim card/company but I have not Wii fii
  So you must provide to have your own data sim. Unlimited could cost around 200 bth/6 eur if you don't buy a tourist sim in BKK airport .
  We have no car on the island ,only motorbike and you can rent your own scooter , sometimes my friend has one cheaper for long stay, so advice me in advance if you need.
  In the last years we have (from a private company) water and electricity , but please,you must care and try to save much is possible, because we are often run out of water on the island and price/unit is 10 time higher than mainland.

  I was an Italian barman/chef so I am expert in cooking,and sometimes I love to prepare handmade food with the Workaways.
  In the last year I started to produce my own salami and product that I miss in the island, so if you are expert on this food production
  (cheese/salami/pickled etc. )
  In the right time of season,
  you will be welcome to help me.
  
  now I dedicate my time to renew the house using natural materials and create Art products , with fluid painting , bamboo, wood, and recicling artcraft.. and try to produce my own food more is possible.

  Workaway have independent ground floor with sleeping room bed(single or double) mosquito net, toilet shower and all garden around.

  Ko Phayam, Ranong province. Get to Ranong and take slow boat from tai tek,200 bath (2 hours trip) or fast boat 350 bath(45min.) From ko Phayam pier. Songtaew available from bus station/city market/airport to the pier 20/50 bth.
  The island is very wild and beautiful natural spot,for surfing, walking, cycling, fishing and hornbill bird watching..very local Thai style life.
  No 7/11 in the island,only small local shops
