  I like to share my home and it’s surroundings with others to enjoy it. Located between sea and mountains, the house exudes tranquility, offers plenty of space, wonderful views and a mild climate throughout the year.
  
  A garden of almost an hectare of extension needs a lot of attention. Once or twice a year I appreciate having help to do intensive care.
  
  I do rent the house to tourists and for retreats. I also offer diverse activities to my guests. Here is most of the help needed.
  
  Coexistence in l’Albada:
  
  1. Duration of relationship:
  
  The duration of the relationship is determined by the time necessary for the execution of the agreed tasks and the achievement of their objectives. Depending the time of the year a longer period would be appreciated. Minimum stay would be four weeks.
  
  Tasks set for ...: to be determined.
  
  The relationship will end prematurely due to non-compliance by any of the parties with the rules of coexistence agreed in this document. Seven calendar days of notice of early termination.
  
  2. Accommodation, the host makes available:
  
  • A double room with bathroom (with shower) for exclusive use that is part of a shared apartment.
  • A set of sheets, duvet covers, pillows and blankets.
  • Two towels (one large and one small) per person
  • Cleaning products and utensils for the bathroom and the room
  • Shower gel and shampoo
  • Shared kitchen, dining room and living room
  • Fridge and all shared kitchen and cleaning appliances
  • Free use of Wi-Fi
  
  3. Maintenance, the host offers:
  
  • Share meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with other members of the community throughout the stay
  • We adapt to diverse tastes and customs in choosing and cooking food
  • Meals are mostly vegetarian.
  • Drinks consist of still and sparkling water. Coffee or tea in the mornings.
  • Meals or drinks other than those described are the responsibility of the WorkAwayer guest, who will have a place to store them.
  
  4. Use of facilities, the host offers:
  
  • Free use of the garden, swimming pool, barbecue within the natural limits of respect for the environment, flora, fauna and other people.
  • Free use of hot and cold water for personal hygiene
  • Free use of electricity for lighting and computer and mobile phone charging
  • Heating in the cold months of the year
  • Shared use of washing machine
  
  5. Coexistence requirements for all:
  
  • Respect a quiet time between 10:00 p.m.-08:30 a.m. in summer time and 8:00 p.m.-09:00 a.m. in winter time. Likewise, one hour after finishing lunch.
  • Clean and order utensils, tools and appliances after use.
  • Totally avoid throwing wet wipes, condoms, compresses or anything other than human excrement and toilet paper into toilets.
  • Always wash and keep clean the bedding and the towels... the room and the bathroom.
  • Make responsible, conscious and respectful use of energy, electricity (trying to use it mostly during daylight hours), water (especially hot water) and other resources made available
  • Interact with other people respecting the diversity of ideas and beliefs
  • Sincerity and good humor
  • Abstain from drug use and excess of alcohol
  • Cleanliness and personal hygiene to avoid body and clothing odor
  
  6. Realization of the works, expectations of the host:
  
  • Agree with the host on the objective and final result of the tasks
  • Show initiative and interest in completing the task and meeting the objective within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Dedicate approx. 25 hours per week per person to perform the tasks.
  • Hours of help and rest at your own decision.
  • Inform the host of any setbacks, accidents, breakages or other unforeseen events.

  This beautiful corner of the world is the birthplace of the well-known architect and artist Antonio Gaudi. The painter Joan Miro spent his summers here. The surrounding mountains offer charming trails with different degrees of difficulty and walls to be climbed. The Montsant Natural Park and the Priorat region offer the possibility of immersing yourself in the culture of wine in wonderful natural settings. The rich Catalan gastronomic culture of sea and mountains is at your disposal. I will teach you how to cook paella over an open fire and I will accompany you to discover incomparable seascapes in the Ebro Delta.

  Acomodação

  The accommodation will be in my house. It is very spacious, isolated from other, but near by the town, surrounded by a garden. I offer a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom. You share living-room and a large kitchen.
  The house is in perfect condition and has all kinds of amenities.
  
  In your spare time, the garden offers many possibilities and corners to find moments of retreat. For more lively activities, I will be delighted to accompany you to discover the rich natural and cultural environment that the region offers. Other possibilities are a visit to the many beaches, bathing in the sea or walks in the immediate surroundings.

  In the spacious environment that the house offers, you will always find a place to work without being disturbed.

  The garden is very spacious and offers different locations to park the vehicle where you will not be disturbed.

  I allow only one pet to stay at a time. The apartment has an unlimited interior garden, the owner will be responsible for the pet not entering that space. Pets do not have access to bedrooms and bathrooms.
