  I'm Maria.
  
  We stay in a remote house near Sparta, overlooking the beautiful Taygetos mountain. We love peacefull homes in the countryside so much! If you want to live, relax or work remotely in a tranquil place and love dogs and cats, you may consider read this.
  
  Basically, we are looking for an animal lover , so if you are seeing yourself staying somewhere peaceful and hang out with dogs and cats, this is your calling from the universe!
  
  We are looking for reliable 25-60 years of age, for at least one month, for a way to be able to leave our quiet home, with a very trust-worthy person taking care of the house and our pets, dogs and some cats.
  
  We will have this house until 30/6/25, so we can accept people until then. We will be rarely home, so we need people to stay in the house, alone with out us there, with dogs and some cats.
  
  As we need to feel totally secure with anyone who stays in our home either in our presence or absence, those interested in my offer would need to meet each other by video calls in advance.

  People who here, will have the opportunity to either hang out in the house or explore the area of Taygetus mountain, Mystras, castle , the city of Sparta which provide everything you need, near by waterfalls, rivers and hiking tours, many traditional villages and general the Lakonian area.

  Ajuda

  You will be alone at the entire property ( 1 house, 2 different floors, garden).
  
  You can just relax in the house/yard or work remotely and rarely help around the house such us mow the lawn, cleaning the yard or the warehouse etc, but the basic job is to keep up with the house and the pets like it is yours. That includes feeding them and take care of their well-being.
  
  IMPORTANT: Ιt is required to love dogs, cats and animals generally! PLEASE don't contact us if you are only searching a house to stay. We need and accept friendly people who really want to connect with our pets and they don't mind staying with them also inside the house!

  Acomodação

  The house is among new and old olive groves, with no other houses near to it. Outside is a paved country road which leads to Sparta, Athens or other villages. It is a remote house, so a driven license will be needed for you to take our car or you can come with yours. The closest village for shopping is about 15 minutes or we go to Sparta about 20 minutes away.
  Very quiet, we hear only birds, our dogs and other animals, so be expecting our dogs to bark sometimes.
  
  The view is awesome. The house has two separate floors with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, refrigerator, free wifi etc.
  It can accommodate 1 single person down and 2-3 in the upper main floor. Is ideal for a single traveler or couples. Families are also welcome.
  
  When we are back home (rarely, for couple of days), we will use one of the floor.
  
  The entire house use only solar panels for electricity and hot water . For heat, we have woodstove and a fireplace.
  In the yard, we have some furniture to relax, under the tree, with swing and hammocks, with awesome views.

  IMPORTANT: There is no local public transport if you don't have a car, so it is required to have a drive license.
  It will be nice to have your own car or motorcycle, but if you don't have your own vehicle, we can give you an old car to use here. Furthermore, we would prefer someone independent who enjoys their own space and living in a remote/off grid location.
  So, you must be an animal lover and able to run the show on your own!
  
  Electricity, water, wifi, woods and car, are provided by us.
  The house-sitter would cover their own expenses like personal expenses and food (you can prepare your own meals and drinks to your own kitchen at the house).
  
  Minimum stay: 1 month
