Hello my name is Alan we are looking for a couple or two friends to help us in September or either October or November 2019.

We are an fun loving english family of four who live permanently in Spain, I live with my wife and two children aged 7 and 5 years we live in a semi rural location 7 mins drive from Javea/xabia town in the Costa Blanca in spain.
We have one medium sized dog and two cats.
We live in a Spanish villa with 2000sqm of land, the villa is split over two different living levels my family and i live upstairs and we have a self contained level below with patio doors out onto a swimming pool. The ground floor level has a brand new kitchen with island and hob also american fridge freezer and oven including a utility section with washing machine. there is currently one large double bedroom room with brand new bathroom adjacent and I'm am still working on the second twin bedroom on this level but it is closed off and seperate.

Javea is a beautiful area of the costa blanca with lots to see and do from hundreds of yearly fiestas water sports, fantastic beaches and a real feel of an international community in Spain.my wife and i speak english and basic spainish and our children speak very good english and Spanish.

We are looking for a couple or two friends a male and female, preferably a painter or general handyman as i would like to paint our villa over the autum and someone to help my wife around the house with cleaning, cooking and general day to day running of the house.

we have two cars so you can have the use of a car when needed and we will provide full insurance as long as you have a full valid driving licence.

Last year we added a large balcony and extra bedroom to our property and there are small jobs that still require finishing from painting, tiling woodwork, gardening and general handyman jobs. we run our own holiday rental business so work from home most of the time, my wife takes care of most of the our rental business so i would be working daily with the painter or handyman on out DIY projects.

We provide all materials and tools plus any equipment required. if you think that you suit our needs please contact us.
