Hi everyone !
We are Nicola and Elena, from Nugola, a little village near to Livorno, in Tuscany. We have a fairly large house with a large forest around it. We have 4 chickens, 2 dogs, 5 cats and
3 families of bees. We are also working on a Little vegetable garden. We constantly need an help in the garden and take care of the animals. We can offer a double and a single room in hour house, toilet, the usage of the kitchen, the swimming pool .

We would like to offer our hospitality, we can offer italian food and a place to stay in the middle of tuscany. We are really flexibile, without hourly or daily restrictions. Moreover, we offer the possibility to learn italian with us.

For the breakfast we always have cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt.
You can eat with us the dinner if you want and the weekends when we are at home. For lunch we are typically at work but you can use the kitchen.

Livorno is a nice city, where it's also possibile to go to the sea. It's very near to Pisa ( 15 mins) and Firenze (1h).

Staying with Nicola and Elena in Nugola, Livorno was a truly unforgettable experience. Their beautiful home is nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and perfectly situated near some of Tuscany’s most charming cities.
From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. Nicola and Elena are incredible… read more hosts—kind, generous, respectful, and deeply passionate about art and culture. Their hospitality made me feel like part of the family.
During my stay, I helped with a variety of tasks including gardening, cleaning, varnishing furniture, and cooking delicious meals together. As part of an ongoing art project, I also had the joy of sketching their adorable animals—a creative collaboration that felt both meaningful and inspiring.
Nicola and Elena’s love for the arts made this experience especially rich; we visited galleries and museums together, sharing ideas and inspiration. Their friends were equally kind and welcoming, making the whole experience feel like a true immersion into Tuscan life—complete with amazing food, heartfelt conversations, and a peaceful, nurturing atmosphere.
I’m deeply grateful for the time I spent with them and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Nicola and Elena, for such a wonderful, enriching experience. I hope to see you again very soon!

Soggiornare da Nicola ed Elena a Nugola, in provincia di Livorno, è stata un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile. La loro bellissima casa si trova nel cuore della campagna toscana, circondata da paesaggi mozzafiato e in una posizione perfetta per visitare alcune delle città più affascinanti della Toscana.
Fin dal primo momento mi sono sentito/a accolto/a con grande calore. Nicola ed Elena sono ospiti straordinari: gentili, generosi, rispettosi e appassionati d’arte e cultura. La loro ospitalità mi ha fatto sentire parte della famiglia.
Durante il mio soggiorno, li ho aiutati in varie attività come giardinaggio, pulizie, verniciatura dei mobili e cucina. Inoltre, come parte di un progetto artistico in corso, ho avuto il piacere di disegnare i loro adorabili animali—una collaborazione creativa che è stata allo stesso tempo stimolante e significativa.
L’amore di Nicola ed Elena per l’arte ha reso questa esperienza ancora più ricca: abbiamo visitato insieme gallerie e musei, condividendo idee e ispirazioni. Anche i loro amici sono stati gentili e accoglienti, rendendo l’esperienza un vero e proprio tuffo nella vita toscana—completo di cibo delizioso, conversazioni profonde e un’atmosfera serena e stimolante.
Sono profondamente grato/a per il tempo trascorso con loro e tornerei immediatamente. Grazie di cuore, Nicola ed Elena, per questa esperienza meravigliosa e arricchente. Spero di rivedervi molto presto!
