We are a multi-cultural family living in New Zealand. We live between our two properties in Auckland and Rotorua and need help with our garden and general maintenance of the property.
Mostly we will require help at our Rotorua property as we have a lot of fruit trees, and trees that require pruning and maintaining the garden etc. We are also looking to build a sleepout, my husband is a builder so a handyman assistance would be great.
We have travelled quite extensively as a family and have volunteered round the world as a family as well. I have twin boys aged 14 years old. We welcome anyone who is open minded, caring, compassionate with a positive can do attitude, willing to help and learn with general household and garden activities.
Spanish speakers are a bonus as my children and I love learning Spanish.
I love Yoga, Zumba dancing and my passion is currently personal development + financial education to the community/children. You are welcome to join.
My husband Bill loves playing football and is a HUGE Barcelona Fan, he would love to have you join him in his social games when he has them every week, my twin boys love photography, art, singing, dancing, cooking and are very hospitable and friendly.
We would need someone to help out for 1-2 weeks, 2 times a year, 4-5 hours per day.
We will provide accommodation and 2 meals a day in exchange for your help. Breakfast and Dinner.
We have room for 1 workawayer at a time, however can consider a couple.
I'm also looking for any software / IT Gurus who might be able to help me with a side project of mine - app development, internet marketing etc... please contact me if you have any expertise with this.
Rotorua is a huge tourist attraction of NZ full of many adventures and activities to do. We live 10 minutes by car to the town center. We can take you in to town for grocery shopping etc when we do ours..., otherwise there is a local four square supermarket 10 minutes walk.
Ngongotaha town center is a 10 minute walk from our property where you can also catch the bus to the city center. Rotorua has thermal hot pools, skylines, Redwood forest, beautiful lakes and we have many attractions within walking distance from our property like the Lion sanctuary, Velocity, Agrodome and a Bird Sanctuary all on our street.
If we have spare time, we will take you to the great local spots of Rotorua.
You are free to explore Rotorua as you like after your 5 hours is done.
If my brother isn't using his bikes, we may also have a bike for you to use to get around.
You will experience a great polyasianz hospitality and be a part of our happy family

I'm from Laos, my husband Bill is from Tuvalu and we have lived in New Zealand since we were very little. We have a friendly Kiwi Culture and also have our own cultures that we value. We cook a combination of laos, thai, and polynesian food, so you will get to experience the polyasianz infusion. We are happy to share both NZ, and our own cultures with others. Ronaldo and Zidane our twin boys are the main chefs and also cook up some really good food :)

My family would love to learn spanish, I learnt a bit when we travelled there for 2 months.
I speak Thai, Laos and we are all fluent in English.

In Rotorua, we have a small 2 bedroom family home. We will be there in 1 room, and if the spare room is free, you will have a double bed in your own room, otherwise if the room is occupied (as my brother often stays there, you will have a comfortable sofa bed to sleep on.
