We have a beautiful house in the countryside in Kraichtal. The region is characterized by wine-growing and you can go hiking here. Heidelberg and Karlsruhe are 40 km away. Stuttgart and Mannheim are 60 km away. France is also not very far away.
We like to cook fresh and are mainly vegetarian. We normally use organic food. My wife Jenny owns an organic food store with its own café. We are open-minded, love traveling to other countries and exchanging ideas with different cultures.
I’m Steven and work in a large software company and love the contact with colleagues all over the world. Our 13-year-old son Fin still lives in the house. Our 20 year old daughter Zoe has already moved out. Our family also includes a Spanish water dog named Chica.

Dinners together. Social get-togethers with family and friends. As I was a master gardener before my time in the software industry, I can pass on my skills here. Jenny is a very good cook and baker and can share her knowledge here. We are looking forward to the exchange with different cultures and want our son to experience this diversity together with us.

We are looking for help with gardening and possibly something around the house. Mainly work such as weeding, planting but also smaller construction work such as laying out beds or similar. Some of the work is to be done alone but especially the smaller construction work together.

We provide a separate room with a maisonette, double bed and fridge, as well as a private bathroom.
We provide the food for breakfast and lunch, but you have to prepare it yourself during the week. We usually prepare a fresh, warm evening meal, which we can then enjoy together.

Our village has its own train station to use public transportation. There is also a car sharing provider
We are a non-smoking household. Smoking outside is not a problem.
