We are the best-rated hostel, located in the heart of Kosovo's dynamic capital, looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team. If you're passionate about travel, meeting new people, and contributing to a welcoming hostel atmosphere, this opportunity is for you!
Featuring 8 rooms with a capacity of 31 people, we are one of the largest hostels in the city. Enjoy our amazing terrace for socializing, a bar, cozy lounge area with TV- satellite/NetFlix, card and board games. We also have a reading corner stocked with a variety of books for guests to unwind and relax.
It’s more than just a hostel; it's a hub for travelers from all around the world to connect, share experiences, and discover the unique culture of Kosovo. Our vibrant, upbeat and friendly staff are sincerely dedicated to creating magical and fond memories for guests while exploring Prishtina's rich history and vibrant nightlife.
As a volunteer, you’ll be compensated according to the minimum wage for every hour worked, in line with Kosovo's labor laws. Plus, we provide free accommodation to make your stay even more enjoyable!

Travelers will have a fabulous time in Prishtina because this city is known for a very large youth population, with heaps of cool bars and an amazing night life. The city is constantly active and greets many tourists year-round.

As a volunteer at the hostel, you'll enjoy complimentary accommodation in our cozy dormitory rooms which are equipped with heating 24/7, allowing you to save on accommodation costs during your stay in Prishtina.
Gain valuable experience in hostel management, housekeeping, customer service, and event coordination. We encourage volunteers to bring their unique skills and ideas to enhance the hostel experience.
We understand that prospective volunteers would certainly want to explore the city and its surroundings/ suburbs and outlying towns. Thus, the hostel management offers a flexible schedule that allows you to have a healthy work-life- leisure balance. We seek volunteers who are able to work for up to a maximum of 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
Assisting with check-ins and check-outs
Engaging with guests, offering travel tips, creating a friendly atmosphere and safe space.
Assisting with hostel events and activities
Housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for meeting people from diverse backgrounds
Good communication skills, English language proficiency is required, additional languages spoken would be a highly attractive quality
Honest and morally upright, not compromising values and life principles to appease guests
Willingness to contribute to our friendly hostel community
Non drug user- this is a zero tolerance no drug hostel (recreational or hard will not be accepted)
Work life balance, willing to work hard but strike a balance with relaxing

The Hostel has 3 floors. The first floor has 3 rooms, plus a huge common space with a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The second floor has 5 rooms with two bathrooms in the corridor. In the third floor we have the common space/lounge with a bar and reception and an attached outdoor terrace with ample outdoor seating.
