Hello, we are Anita (w 60, foreign language teacher) and (m 59, all-round craftsman, cook). We live in a small town in the south of Brandenburg, about 100 km south of Berlin. Here we have a self-catering garden of around 4500 square meters. We grow a lot of vegetables and fruit and we have a lot of flowers. The garden is our hobby. We want to rebuild our permaculture, we are interested in plants. We would also like to do something about food waste, waste avoidance and preservation of biodiversity. We want to plant a lot of indigenous, insect-friendly trees.
We also have chickens, and sometimes a few ducks too. We cannot receive vegetarians and vegans. Of course we eat a lot of vegetables and fruits from our own garden. We think it's very nice to get in contact with people from other countries, to show them our garden and our yard and to pass on our knowledge. We are happy to help with learning German and also with practical things. We love interesting conversations about anything.
We have two grown daughters (32 and 35) who no longer live with us.
Hallo, wir sind Anita (w 60, Fremdsprachenlehrerin) und Andreas (m 59, Allround - Handwerker, Koch). Wir wohnen in einer kleinen Stadt im Süden Brandenburgs, etwa 100 km südlich von Berlin. Hier haben wir einen Selbstversorgergarten von etwa 4500 qm. Wir bauen sehr viel Gemüse und Obst an, haben viele Blumen. Der Garten ist unser Hobby. Wir möchten unsere Permakultur neu aufbauen, interessieren uns für Pflanzen. Wir möchten auch etwas gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung, für Müllvermeidung und Erhalten der Biodiversität tun. Wir wollen sehr viele einheimische, insektenfreundliche Gehölze anpflanzen.
Wir haben auch Hühner, manchmal auch noch einige Enten. Wir können keine Vegetarier und Veganer empfangen. Natürlich essen wir sehr viel Gemüse und Obst aus dem eigenen Garten. Wir finden es sehr schön, mit Menschen aus anderen Ländern in Kontakt zu treten, ihnen unseren Garten und unseren Hof zu zeigen und unser Wissen weiter zu geben. Wir helfen gern beim Deutsch lernen und auch bei praktischen Dingen. Wir lieben interessante Gespräche über alles mögliche.
Wir haben zwei erwachsene Töchter (32 und 35), die aber nicht mehr bei uns wohnen.

We give help with learning German. In addition, there is a lot to discover about energy, nature, and soft tourism in our region. On our farm we have a small museum with typical everyday objects that people in our region used to work in the house and in the field.

Ajuda
We want motivated helpers and partners who want to support us in the garden and in the house. This involves helping in the garden such as watering, chopping, weeding, planting, harvesting. An important activity is looking after the chickens and chicks. There is small manual tasks to be done on the property and in the house. . We work together with our helpers. It always depends on the season and the weather how long you help. We work with nature, so we don't like to commit to a certain number of hours. If the weather is bad, there may also be no work at all. There are definitely enough breaks and free time. In summer we often go swimming at a small lake nearby. Our helpers are integrated into our everyday life and they should also be interested in our everyday life. The joint preparation of meals (except breakfast) is a matter of course for us. If you like to cook, you are welcome to prepare your favorite food. We love to get to know new foods. Of course, this also includes tidying up and washing up. We like to end the day together with a good coffee or something else.
Wir wünschen uns motivierte Helfer und Partner , die uns im Garten und im Haus unterstützen wollen. Dabei geht es um Arbeiten im Garten wie gießen, hacken, jäten, pflanzen, ernten. Ein wichtige Tätigkeit ist das Versorgen der Hühner und Küken. Es gibt kleinere handwerkliche Arbeiten auf dem Grundstück und im Haus zu erledigen. (. Wir arbeiten gemeinsam mit unseren Helfern. Es ist immer von der Jahreszeit und dem Wetter abhängig, wie lange gearbeitet wird. Wir arbeiten mit der Natur, deshalb legen wir uns ungern auf eine bestimmte Stundenzahl fest. Wenn das Wetter schlecht ist, kann es auch sein, dass gar nicht gearbeitet wird. Es gibt auf jeden Fall genug Pausen und Freizeit. Im Sommer fahren wir auch oft baden an einen kleinen See in der Nähe. Unsere Helfer werden in unseren Alltag integriert und sie sollten sich auch für unseren Alltag interessieren. Das gemeinsame Zubereiten der Mahlzeiten (außer Frühstück) ist für uns selbstverständlich. Wenn ihr gerne kocht, könnt ihr gerne euer Lieblingsessen zubereiten. Wir lernen sehr gerne neue Speisen kennen. Selbstverständlich gehört auch das Aufräumen und Abwaschen dazu. Den Tag lassen wir gerne gemeinsam bei einem guten Kaffee oder anderem ausklingen.
