I am a 50 year old man from Norway. I have previously been living in 5 different countries on 3 continents and love to meet new people.
I am very into personal development and spiritual science and research whithin theese fields. Being a workshop leader, coach, therapist and healer. I am an entrepreneur and also into business coaching. Making online courses and personal development programs.
I like having freedom in my life and being an opportunist. I am also into innovation, circular economy, resource saving, plus having very good technical and practical insights as well.
Other things I do is yoga, meditation, tantra, singing, playing guitar, Formula 18 sports catamaran sailing and mountain hiking.
I am a vegetarian, and do not smoke or drink alcohol.
I am quite busy, and I also have some fatigue issues, just so you are aware that I do not necessarily always have a lot of time and energy.

Ajuda
I am in the process of doing major renovation work, both at my penthouse, and at my cabin. I am hiring several companies with local tradesmen to execute this. But I would appreciate to have a volunteer also for some extra support alongside this.
There will be DIY projects, but there may also be need for some tidying, organizing, cooking, help around the house/garden etc, etc.
I consider myself good at instructing, teaching and coaching in that tasks needing to be done. I am peaceful and friendly and if you are showing that you know what you are doing, trustworthy and reliable, I will give you a lot of freedom. Yes, I can be pragmatic, clear and direct. For me, the foundation is that we are on the same team in all types of communication, which means both in the pleasant, but also sometimes unpleasant communication. If you are very sensitive and believing that some communication means that we are not on the same team, this place might not be for you.
I have a lot of tools, a big workshop outside the penthouse and a big van and trailer for projects. There are several smaller projects of different sizes, so that the work can be adjusted to fit what you are comfortable with, in the timeframe that fits you.
You will need to be independent, proactive and reliable. You are the type of person that always comes to me with solutions and not with problems. You will need to be mindful of the details and the whole picture when you are working on a project.
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
To be able to come here you will need to be emotionally stable, a good communicator and being able to take responsibility for communicating your boundaries and your needs in a non-reactive and non-aggressive way. You need to take responsibility for your own emotions and not be a victim and blaming people and situations around you. Be a good listener, and aware of the phenomenon of being present, both in communication and in execution of work.

People who are reactive and oppositional in their communication and cooperation are unfortunately not welcome here.
Please be honest and realistic about you and your skills, since I already had bad experiences with Workawayers who claimed to have skills and abilities they unfortunately did not possess. It is better to give me honest and realistic expectations so I can make my decisions and choose the best fitting people and projects from that.

Walking distance to free river canoeing and pedal boats, teepee with indoor and outdoor fireplace, nice nature, sand volleyball court, outdoor gym. Right outside the door is several restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, small shopping centre, bus/train, fitness centres, padle & racquet hall, nice nature, river walk with waterfall, mountaintop viewpoint and Norways biggest inland fortress, which is now a recreational area etc.
20 minutes from one of Norways best indoor/outdoor aquaparks. One hour by bus/train to Oslo.
Located in the Østfold region, you will find many historical landmarks and beautiful natural locations. You will be located by the train and bus station between Oslo and the border of Sweden.

Still, I hardly got to meet him, due to the sudden illness of his grandmother, so unfortunately he immediately had to return to Switzerland.
