Bringing order, practical help and good energy to communities, farms and ecovillages
Hi, I’m Paolo. Over the past three years I have travelled and worked in ecovillages, farmhouses, agritourisms and small hotels in Italy, France, Spain and Portugal.
My strongest skill is bringing order into busy, evolving places: organising spaces, workshops and materials, setting up practical systems and helping projects run more smoothly. I enjoy being useful in many different ways and adapting to what a place truly needs.
I can help with:
Kitchen support and meal preparation
Gardening, cultivation, olive trees and vineyards
Farming and animal care
DIY, small maintenance and repairs
House- and pet-sitting
Digging, clay building and outdoor work
Organising spaces, tools, workshops and community areas
I like outdoor life, travelling, flexible rhythms and a healthy balance between community time and personal space.
I am open to volunteer exchanges including accommodation, and also interested in opportunities where a small paid contribution is possible.

Hola, soy Paolo. Durante los últimos tres años he viajado y trabajado en ecovillas, casas de campo, agroturismos y pequeños hoteles en Italia, Francia, España y Portugal.
Mi mayor habilidad es poner orden en lugares activos y en constante cambio: organizar espacios, talleres y materiales, crear sistemas prácticos y ayudar a que los proyectos funcionen mejor. Me gusta ser útil de muchas formas y adaptarme a lo que cada lugar necesita de verdad.
Puedo ayudar con:
Apoyo en cocina y preparación de comidas
Jardinería, cultivo, olivos y viñedos
Trabajo agrícola y cuidado de animales
Bricolaje, mantenimiento pequeño y reparaciones

Organización de espacios, herramientas, talleres y zonas comunes
Me gusta la vida al aire libre, viajar, los ritmos flexibles y encontrar un buen equilibrio entre la vida en comunidad y el espacio personal. Estoy abierto a intercambios de voluntariado con alojamiento y también interesado en oportunidades donde sea posible una pequeña contribución económica.

Ciao, sono Paolo. Negli ultimi tre anni ho viaggiato e lavorato in ecovillaggi, case coloniche, agriturismi e piccoli hotel in Italia, Francia, Spagna e Portogallo.
La mia competenza principale è portare ordine in luoghi vivi e in continua evoluzione: organizzare spazi, laboratori e materiali, creare sistemi pratici e aiutare i progetti a funzionare meglio. Mi piace essere utile in molti modi diversi e adattarmi a ciò che un luogo really needs.
