  We're at the community building phase and looking primarily for long-term volunteers who would potentially like to become part of our community. Throughout the 2026 summer we're also open to shorter visits (minimum 2 weeks). And potentially shorter visits for volunteers with caravans - there's space with a view available for caravans.

  I am Maté, and I'm on a mission to create a unique space where like-minded individuals can come together to enjoy nature, co-create, and grow organic food while embracing remote work. My vision is to build a thriving community of passionate makers and nature enthusiasts, but for now, I am the sole founder and driving force behind the project.
  
  I have lived in ten different countries, travelling around the World looking for the perfect place to settle. I have been working in startups, always focusing on projects that have positive impact, social enterprises. I am excited to create a place for people to connect with nature, express their creativity through building, creating art, growing, creating an idyllic place for others to enjoy and work remotely from. 🛠️🪓🪚🎨🎸
  
  There's between 1-10 💃🕺 people staying at the property, depending on the time of the year and volunteers who applied or other guests.

  Aide

  The project is in its early stages, we're three years into the renovation and planning to finish within a year. We're excitedly working on multiple projects, including renovating a charming stone building as well as working on the land, food forest, vegetable garden and forestry. With the help of future volunteers like you, we hope to bring this vision to life and foster a vibrant community.
  
  We already have all the facilities for comfortable living, a big kitchen with all the amenities, heating, private rooms, bathroom, a sauna by one of the rivers passing through the land, hot water, outdoor shower, off-grid solar system for electricity, a carpentry workshop (with some serious machinery!).
  
  During your stay, we're sharing the space as our home, and so the responsibilities of keeping it clean, cooking, is shared among participants, with an exception of times when there's a lot of people staying at the same time, when cooking might be a responsibility of a dedicated person.
  
  The ongoing projects include: renovation of the house, building facilities around, gardening, taking care of food forest, plants, cleaning, moving things, building stone walls, weeding, etc.
  
  I'm thrilled to welcome volunteers who are passionate about engaging in these creative activities and have skills with tools, renovation, and gardening.
  
  What's available around is truly breathtaking – hours of pristine hiking paths, absolute peace and quiet, and streams crossing our lands, perfect for refreshing dips on hot days.

  besides it's surrounding wilderness, streams, forests, mountains, is near the coast where you can find the most beautiful (quiet) beaches, spots for snorkeling and surfing. We're part of a large community of expats, and we always attend and organise some interesting events.

  We're in the process of opening a coliving-coworking space. Internet access is limited to 4g but it works fine for video calls, also we have two networks to make sure we can stay connected without cuts.

  There's space for campervans, a big van will fit, but maybe a huge one not. It's an asphalted parking lot.

  Possibilité d'accueillir les animaux

  Any well-behaved pets that are not aggressive towards other animals are welcome. There are three big dogs - Spanish Mastiffs - on the property. They are very friendly but there might be conflicts with other animals and we cannot take responsibility for your pet.
