Hey!
My Name is Ester I am from Switzerland.
I work as a midwife in a hospital. I live with my two best friends in a little house in Winterthur next to Zurich. We do a lot of projects together and we love to spend our time outside. I grew up in the countryside, daughter of a carpenter, and we did almost everything by ourself.
I love to go on adventures. Most of the time I travel with my best friend Eva or my Boyfriend David. This trip I want to go by myself, with the goal to learn better English. That`s the reason, why I took the whole november off.
In the past I did several workaways, and I loved to learn different things, in different cultures, while spending time together. And I think it’s the best way to learn a language.
Things I love to do:
- Creativity: Knitting, painting, sewing, woodwork, clay
- Working: DIY, Gardening, woodwork, everything around the house.
- Outdoor: climbing, ski touring, hiking, running, canou, adventure
- Social work: as a nurse and a midwife
Countries I stayed for longer: Morocco, Norway, Sweden, India, Kirgizstan, Indonesia. For shorter a lot of countries in Europa, and I love to spend my holidays in Switzerland.
I am super happy with my experiences. Travelling is a gift. So I don’t have goals where I have to go. I go there where it makes sense and it feels right.
What I am looking for:
To join a project with (almost) native speaking english. I can spend one month to help you with your project. Or just a period of time. We can also see if it’s a match and decide spontaneously how long we will work together.
I can also imagine to go on an adventure with English speaking natives, for example for a climbing trip (but easy stuff, I am a beginner 😊- I love multi- pitch), Trekking, Canoeing etc.
I am very intrested, also to learn something new. So if you see potential or need my help or whatever goes through your mind. Don’t be shy to write me.

Especially at my workplace as a midwife I recognize, that my daily english is not as good as I would like. That`s the reason, why I took the whole november off :)

At home we work in health care.why we have lots of medical and social skills.
