    Description

Hello! We are a small team that wants to share the beautiful mountain town of Nozawa Onsen with staff and guests alike! Summer is full of hiking and mountain biking and in winter, the mountain turns into an amazing ski resort!

We run several accommodations venues, restaurants, a cafe, a gin distillery, a beer brewery and a bar! We are currently after people with Japanese-speaking ability to help us in our distillery, brewery, cafe and at the reception desk from August onwards into winter!

We also have winter season opportunities and are in need of experienced Chefs, Cooks, Kitchenhands and Housekeepers who can commit to the entire season from early December until early April.

We offer great benefits including; accommodation, discounts across our food and beverage venues, seasonal rental gear discounts and access to shared staff ski passes that can be used to experience the ski mountains.

Only workaway members with the correct working Visas for Japan are able to be accepted. All workers are paid by hourly rate.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
