  We run a B&B in rural Portugal. Our visitors from Portugal and around the world love us for being a charming place to relax in the countryside.
  My name is Miguel and I manage the hotel together with my wife Susana, and we work with Alex who coordinates our online side.

  We are a Portuguese family with English skills, living in the countryside where we host visitors. We love to befriend the people who stay with us for a longer term, and especially those who enjoy working and helping us bring our old farm back to life. We have a special museum as a part of our farm, and are hoping to re-introduce old country skills such as breadmaking in the buildings we are recuperating, as a part of our artisanal offerings.
  Our corner of Portugal is a lovely place where we grow almonds, olives and oranges. We also make artisanal confectionary for sale. This is life in a small Portuguese village next to several significant historical places. A car is necessary to move around and explore.

  Aide

  Many repairs and lanscaping work in rural Portugal
  
  It is essential that candidates have construction skills: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc for various fixes we need around the farm. We can supply some of the equipment.
  We are also interested in hosting a couple who could help us with labor and landscaping. We will also need help with the olive harvest in October.
  
  You will be with us at a time of year when there is no tourism, so the work is exclusively maintenance around the quinta.

  Local public transportation cannot be depended on. However there are easy and reliable bus and train links nearby. The main towns nearby are Idanha a Nova and Castelo Branco. Having a car is recommended.
