  Description

  On the farm, there live 15 horses (8 our own, 7 belong to other people), two dogs, three cats and two wild bee colonies and on a daily/weekly basis riding.
  The farm is a little oasis in harmony with nature, away from the hectic and stressful world in the cities. Sustainability is a very important issue for us, we buy mainly seasonal, regional and biological food and produce a few things by ourselves (jam, bread...). We cook only vegeterian, often vegan as well!
  
  Oh, we forgot to introduce ourselves: my name is Véronique, but I'm called Véro. I was born in French Switzerland, but have lived in Germany for 25 years. I'm very spontaneous and a bit chaotic, but always see the bright side of live:)
  My colleagues name is Theresa, she joined me a while ago and it’s very possible that she will answer your messages. She is the the energizer rabbit on the farm, so it’s very welcome if you remind her from time to time to just relax ;)
  Our job is our passion: We offer education for humans and horses in a relaxed atmosphere, where people can learn a friendly and determined handling.
  
  Auf dem Hof leben 15 Pferde (8 eigene, 7 Pensionspferde), zwei Hunde, drei Katzen und zwei wilde Bienenvölker und tage-/wochenweise Reitgäste.
  Der Hof ist eine kleine Oase in Harmonie mit der Natur, weit weg von der hektischen und stressigen Alltagswelt.
  Nachhaltigkeit ist uns sehr wichtig, wir kaufen hauptsächlich saisonale, regionale und biologische Lebensmittel und stellen z.B. Marmelade und Brot selber her. Gekocht wird immer vegetarisch, oft auch vegan!
  
  Oh, wir haben uns noch gar nicht vorgestellt: mein Name ist Véronique, genannt werde ich Véro. Ursprünglich komme ich aus der französischen Schweiz, lebe aber seit 25 Jahren in Deutschland. Ich bin sehr spontan und ein bisschen chaotisch, aber immer positiv:)
  Und dann ist da noch meine Kollegin Theresa. Es kann gut sein, dass sie diejenige ist, die eure Anfragen beantwortet. Sie ist der Duracell Hase auf dem Hof, also erinnert sie gerne daran einfach mal zu entspannen ;)
  Unser Beruf ist unsere Leidenschaft und besteht in der Unterhaltung unseres kleinen (Wander-)reitbetriebs. Wir bieten Ausbildung für Menschen und Pferde in entspannter Atmosphäre, bei der der höfliche und entschlossene Umgang im Vordergrund steht.

  My mother tongue is French, so if you want to learn that... :) but of course I also speak German. My English is not the best anymore, maybe we can work on that togheter:)
  Theresa speaks French and German, also a bit of Spanish.
  We cannot travel around the world, that's why we invite the world to our home!
  
  Meine Muttersprache ist französisch, falls du Lust hast das zu lernen... :) aber natürlich spreche ich auch deutsch. Mein englisch ist nicht mehr das beste, daran können wir ja vielleicht gemeinsam arbeiten.
  Theresa spricht französisch und deutsch und auch ein bisschen spanisch.
  Wir sind mit unserem Hof an einen Ort gebunden und können nicht in die Welt. Deswegen laden wir die Welt zu uns ein!

  Aide

  Minimum Stay : 4 weeks
  
  Happy if you want to come for a few months:)
  
  Your tasks will be:
  Helping in the house (cooking meals that we can share together, cleaning and taking care of the shared rooms..) and on the farm ( collecting fruits, cutting bushes, protecting plants, cutting wood, take care about our new vegetable garden, help to build up a chicken stable
  and other things that change day by day). Independence is always good, of course after some learning-time.
  
  Workawayers will be only helping with the private area of the farm.
  
  
  Minimum Aufenthalt :
  4 Wochen.
  Langer Aufenthalt erwünscht , gerne ein paar Monate :)
  
  
  Deine Aufgaben:
  Hilfe im Haus ( Kochen für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten, die Gemeinschaftsräume pflegen…) und am Hof (Obst pflücken/sammeln, Brennnesseln schneiden, Holz hacken/sägen, Büsche
  schneiden, Gemüse Garten pflegen, helfen eine Hühnerstall zu bauen und alles, was sonst noch anfällt:)) Selbstständigkeit ist immer erwünscht, natürlich nach einer Einlernungszeit.
  
  Workawayers helfen nur im privaten Bereich des Hofes.

  Hébergement

  You will live in a nice, old, simple farmhouse. You will share a large loft with other workawayers. We will share the bathroom and kitchen. It’s a common room and the beds are separated with paravans. Sometimes we will eat together, sometimes we have different plans and everybody can prepare a meal of their own. The dogs live in the house, the cats visit sometimes, but most of the time they do their job (which is hunting mice).
  
  Du wohnst in einem schönen alten simplen Bauernhaus . Du teilst Dir einen schönes ausgebautes Dachboden-Zimmer mit anderen Workawayers. Ein Gemeinschaftsraum in dem die Betten mit Paravans separiert sind. Badezimmer und Küche teilen wir uns. Mit dem Kochen/Essen machen wir es, wie es gerade kommt: mal zusammen, mal jede:r für sich.
  Die Hunde leben im Haus, die Katzen besuchen uns manchmal, müssen aber die meiste Zeit arbeiten (auf Mäusejadg gehen).

  Autres infos...

  In your freetime we can teach you to communicate with the horses (incl. ground work, free dressage and riding lessons), you can relax in the garden, visit Munich (by train) or Landshut (by car or bus), take one of the bikes and discover the area and in summer drive to the little lake for a swim or relaxed afternoon in the sun.
  
  In deiner Freizeit könne wir dir den Umgang mit Pferden beibringen (Bodenarbeit, Freidressur, Reitunterricht), du kannst im Garten entspannen, München (mit dem Zug) oder Landshut (mit dem Auto oder Bus) besichtigen, mit einem der Fahrräder die Gegend entdecken und im Sommer zum Badeweiher fahren.
