Description

I need help to keep up in renovating and gardening 40/300 sqm. Experiences needed and very welcome.

The gardenhouse has 40 sqm, the garden 300 sqm, under the roof is a bedroom with insulation. Complete kitchen and a shower inside, terrace and kitchen and solarshower outside. Simple but comfortable as well.

Main things to do are: cleaning, laquering and painting the house, gardening, lots of weeding. Building a roof for bicycleshed and a small hedge around the place. Taking care of high beds. Taking care of Compost.
Installing one or two solar panels to save electrical energy is done.
Please ask me if you need more information. The Balkonkraftwerk complete with all needed stuff is installiert.

20 hr. weekly/ for free room and basic food. Public transportation is within 50 m distance from the garden to go into town.
Average stay is about 2 weeks and if it fits also up to 4 weeks. Wishing for some experienced person. No beginners. People from outside the EU need a proper visum and proof of insurances.. See workaway rules!

Smoking in the house and its surrounding is strictly prohibited. No drugs, no alc.
Internet access there is limited but about 1 km away is open internet at BK. . LIDL supermarket close by with fresh rolls in the morning and everything you might need in extras. Closed during winter (Oct. to April)

I myself love traveling, cycling, tennis, fishing and gardening... I was a workawayer myself . Had a lot of fun during this time traveling with my own campervan. I love to share my experiences. Providing language practice in German and English.

I will help in language training, might show how to cook with local ingredients, meeting some people of the intl. community here in town.

main things to do are: Cleaning, gardening, painting, weeding, laquering, General maintainance, DIY projects and upcycling objects. People acting responsable for my property and willing to help are warmly welcome.

I am preferring people who think about our surroundings and resources. Saving water and energy is very important to me since we are having only one planet!

The city offers rentable electr. scooters which are a lot of fun if you have a drivers licence. All main touristic places are easily to be reached, but not close.
