  Description

  We are a family of 3 with a dog, chickens and two cows looking for ideally a couple to help us out with some projects on our rural land and some cleaning up after our recent floods. We have a lovely self contained cottage to offer Workaway people and a lovely rural setting close to beaches and hills in a close community with lots on offer!

  We are a classic New Zealand rural family with one 3-year-old girl and a 3-year-old Vizsla dog. We can tell you all about our region and set you on some great adventures.

  Aide

  We need some help staining a small cottage and a fence, which is fairly basic work. We might have some gardening and general cleaning up around the property type stuff.

  Hébergement

  We offer a self-contained two-bedroom cottage. This has a lovely pot belly fire to keep you cosy as well as heaters and electric blankets. This cottage is renovated to a pretty high standard, as it's usually on a rental platform when not hosting volunteers.
  
  We can supply ingredients for Workaway people to cook for themselves, or we are happy to negotiate a reduced workload for you to prepare your meals with your own ingredients. It doesn't work to have shared meals as the cottage is self-sufficient and stand alone and also we have our dinner at 5:30 pm as we have a 3-year-old and most people won't want this! :)
