If Asturias is on your way, come and visit us for some days 💚 If the place suits you and we feel a social affinity to make some nudges or even develop a community initiative that help other people to engage in you are welcome to stay longer 🤝
We can do some timeshare but we also love our personal time, so it's good if you come with your toys, your creative projects or your imagination 🤩
We have very basic accommodation in 2 beautiful caravans with real mattress and also some tents :) Summer is nice :) Winter too but less comfortable for sure 😅
Do you love DIY and working in nature? Come! We live in simple and creative diy style 💃🕺
We love rural traditions, but we also work with technology and other tools in the social field 🤓
I am Sergio, I am 43 years old and since 1998 I have been dedicated to promoting social innovation projects through community participation processes. I studied psychology and love doing lots of different things related to art, community, building, designing, graphic and web design and video production. I work on helping institutions that want to open governance... i´m very creative and "smile resilient" 😊
Since 2019 I am gradually making my dream come true through an NGO community ecosystem : building a rural ecosystem to mix tradition and social innovation. It is located in Tiñana, 15 minutes from Oviedo, but in the middle of nature. Already had one place like this (a social coworking) in the City from 2008-2020 and since August 2019 we started to do it here 🌱
We have a beautiful space of 8000 m2 (mountain with stream) that has our heads full of viable unpublished (dreams) related to how to facilitate conditions that help people to create well-being, health and sustainability in traditional and innovative ways. It is a space to launch initiatives that facilitate living as we want to live. At the moment our camp has a creative office, 2 caravans, a super tiny house, some tents, a camping kitchen and a greenhouse and... little by little, perhaps with your help, we want to create 3 new spaces (kitchen, multiuso space and a big workshop) and equip them with what is necessary to inspire community iniciativas that connect our needs with our resources. We also have a nice hot water shower and dry toilet. Water is gold! We have different tanks for differences uses (drinking and cooking, washing, shower and watering) 💚
Conditions nowadays are not suitable for every body. With time and your help we want to improve conditions so that mostly every body will feel confortable and inspired to promote and participate in community initiatives that act in to the social determinants of welfare and health
We organice through a community manager that helps is to manage all the needs of the process and of the people that are engaged 📝
Our space wants to be a participatory space that connects the needs and resources of the area in creative ways. If you come and we come up with an idea, it will be a good sign 🎊
The family, here family of families, forms our network that we have developed since 2008 and the wonderful neighborhood that surrounds us. In addition to Sergio, the most stable family is made up of a family of cats (Ruiditos, Surprise, Piano and Fariña), Chuchi, a very funny dwarf goat and Guapa and Guapita, 2 sheeps 🤗

Podemos hacer algo de tiempo compartido pero también amamos nuestro tiempo personal, así que es bueno si vienes con tus juguetes o tu imaginación ;)
Tenemos alojamiento muy básico en 2 bonitas caravanas con colchones de cama de verdad y algunas tiendas de campaña :) El verano es maravilloso :) El invierno también pero menos cómodo, seguro.

Nos encantan las tradiciones rurales, pero también trabajamos con tecnología y otras herramientas en el ámbito social.
Soy Sergio, tengo 43 años y desde 1998 me dedico a promover proyectos de innovación social a través de procesos de gobernanza comunitaria. Estudie psicología y me encanta hacer cosas relacionadas con el arte, desarrollo comunitario, construcción ,diseño urbanístico táctico, huerta, diseño gráfico y audiovisual, gobernanza abierta, bricolaje, etc, etc, etc...Soy muy creativo y resiliente 😁
Desde 2019 estoy haciendo realidad poco a poco un sueño: construir un ecosistema de tradición e innovación social, situado en Tiñana a 15 minutos de Oviedo pero en plena naturaleza. We already had one place like this in the City from 2008-2020 and since August 2019 we started to do it here :)
Contamos con un hermoso espacio de 8000 m2 (monte con riachuelín) que nos tiene la cabeza llena de inéditos viables (sueños) relacionados con cómo facilitar el bienestar, la salud y la sostenibilidad de maneras tradicionales e innovadoras. Es un espacio para poner en marcha iniciativas que faciliten vivir como queremos vivir (sencillamente). De momento nuestro campamento cuenta con una oficina creativa, 2 caravanas, una cocina camping y un invernadero y poco a poco, quizá con tu ayuda, queremos ir generando nuevos espacios y equiparlos con lo necesario.
Nuestro espacio quiere ser un espacio de participación que conecte las necesidades y los recursos de la zona de maneras creativas. Si vienes y se nos ocurre alguna idea, será buena señal :)
La familia, aquí familia de familias, es nuestra red que venimos tejiendo desde 2008 y el maravilloso barrio que nos rodea. Además de Sergio, la familia más estable la componen una familia de gatos (Ruiditos, Sorpresa, Piano y Fariña), Chuchi, una cabra enana muy simpática, y dos ovejas, Guapa y Guapita :p

(ES) Lo mejor sin duda va a ser el intercambio con los vecinos y el entorno de la zona, ofrecemos también un espacio creativo e inspirador donde siempre están surgiendo ideas y proyectos creativos sociales. Si te gusta caminar, andar en bici, la zona es perfecta. Playas a 30 minutos. Otras áreas de interés cerca? Por supuesto, estamos en el centro de Asturias. Solo pregunta! ;)

(ES) Interested in how to build the perfect community hub, Environmental Psychology or Decoration, Tactic Urbanism of Open Spaces or... ¿? Arts, or community capacity building ecosystems... creative building, eco invents, or education... or just whatever... what is our connection? Come and help (physically) and in the meantime we can share many different interests :)
We are building a paradise of community participation without any public support. From the Association we work providing services to institutions and with that money we buy materials and... we do self-construction with a lot of gymnastics for which we would like to have the muscle of nice, simple and related people. Ideas if they come with muscle are also welcome.

Artes, o ecosistemas de desarrollo de capacidades comunitarias... construcción creativa, ecoinventos, o educación... o simplemente lo que sea... ¿cuál es nuestra conexión? Ven y ayuda (físicamente) y mientras tanto podemos compartir muchos intereses diferentes :)
Estamos construyendo un paraíso de la participación comunitaria sin ningún tipo de apoyo público. Desde la Asociación trabajamos prestando servicios a instituciones y con ese dinero compramos materiales y... hacemos autoconstrucción con mucho gymnasia para el que nos gustaría contar con músculo de gente maja, sencilla y afín. Las ideas si vienen con músculo también son bienvenidas.
