Large house on 1 acre (4000sqm) located on the outskirts of the quiet township of Alstonville. Only 8km from lovely beaches, 50km from Border Ranges National Park and 120km from Gold Coast.
Help includes gardening, pruning, cleaning, some house maintenance, and looking after about 20 chickens.
Close to other family and an alpaca farm, property also has a private swimming pool.
German background, receptive to people of all nationalities and ages.
Unlimited internet access.
Non smoker.

Accessible to bys stop with transport to Ballina and Lismore (shopping, beaches and sightseeing options). Buses from Ballina to Byron Bay, Tweed Heads, Gold Coast and further. Bicycle available for use. Lots of places to see including beaches and rainforest areas.
