Hello!

We're Nora & Taylor, two friends brought together by a shared passion for wildlife and conservation. Our journey began in Kruger National Park, South Africa, where we both volunteered for two months in wildlife conservation. Bonded by the experiences and the desire to make a positive impact, we now embark on a new adventure as a dynamic duo.

Individually, I am, Nora, an enthusiastic traveler with a diverse background. I spent four years in London, where I completed my university studies in Music Business and Arts Management. Professionally, I worked for EY as a Brand, Marketing, and Communication Specialist. My journey has taken me to the US, various European countries, and, notably, to Kruger National Park in South Africa for two months of wildlife conservation.

Back in Budapest, I organized two tree planting events to contribute to a greener city as part of my commitment to sustainability projects. Outside of my adventures, I have always had a soft spot for animals, and have been fortunate to share my life with furry companions.

On a personal note, I am very social, love connecting with people, and find joy in embracing life's experiences. Now, as I join the Workaway community, I bring not only a wealth of experiences but also a positive attitude, a love for nature and animals, and a genuine passion for connecting with diverse cultures.



I'm Taylor, with a passion for exploration, I delved into two months of wildlife conservation in Kruger, immersing myself in the wonders of nature. Following that, I embarked on a two-month African escapade through Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe , camping in the vast desert and falling in love with the diverse landscapes.

My journey continued in Asia, where I spent two months in the heart of hostel life, working as a waitress and bartender. From crafting drinks to managing check-ins and embracing cleaning duties, I soaked up every moment of the vibrant atmosphere.

Back home, I've worn different hats - from a young age I've been a hobbyist breeder of pure bread poultry with great competition success. I've been working with dogs as a dog washer and dog sitter in a daycare being responsible for 50 plus dogs a day. I thrive in social settings and cherish the connections formed through shared experiences.

Packed with stories from around the world and a toolkit of varied skills, I'm here to make our shared journey just as exciting and enriching.

We're Nora & Taylor, a dynamic duo ready to bring a diverse set of skills to your community. Our experiences and abilities make us well-rounded contributors to various projects.

Community Building: Having organized tree planting, and recreational park and playground building events in Budapest, we understand the importance of fostering community connections and creating positive environments. In addition we have wide experience in organising large social events (800 guests).

Community Work: We have a shared background in community work, whether it's organizing events, collaborating on projects, or volunteering in wildlife conservation in Kruger National Park.

Pet Sitting: With a lifelong love for animals, particularly dogs, we're experienced pet sitters who understand the importance of responsible and caring pet care.

Teaching: Whether it's sharing language skills or educating about wildlife conservation, we bring a passion for teaching and exchanging knowledge.

Bartending and Waitressing: Our time in diverse settings, including Thailand, Cork (Ireland) and London, has equipped us with the skills needed for bartending and waitressing, ensuring a friendly and efficient service.

Planting: Our hands-on experience includes participating in sustainability projects such as tree planting events, farming, and wildlife conservation activities, demonstrating our commitment to environmental initiatives.

Cleaning: We're not afraid to get our hands dirty! From basic cleaning tasks to more extensive projects, we're thorough and detail-oriented.

Digital Marketing and Communication: With professional experience in Brand, Marketing, and Communication at EY, we bring a strong background in digital marketing, effective communication, and brand strategy.

MS Package: Proficient in the Microsoft Office package, our skills extend to data management, document creation, and overall office organization.

Our combined skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn make us adaptable contributors to a variety of projects. We look forward to the opportunity to contribute to your community and make a positive impact. :)

In addition to the activities mentioned earlier, we are passionate about hiking, being in nature, spending time with animals, and exploring new cultures through travel. Our interests also include cooking, social events, board games, and team-building activities.
