This is Kenya's best, oldest and most popular hostel. We employ 20 local staff; Bar men/women, reception workers, chefs, housekeeping, security management and even a resident DJ!
Located in Diani Beach, one of Africa's best beaches. Diani offers pretty much every water sport imaginable like for example kitesurfing, windsurfing, SUP'ing and of course scuba diving.
If you don't like the water you can choose to take to the skies and skydive onto the beach instead.
Some of Kenya's best national (marine) parks are within super close range so safari's are easy to do from here as well. For people who love the night, Diani offers a great nightlife as well. Something to which we happily contribute :)
We offer high quality - low budged accommodation for travellers from all over the world since 2012. We also offer great food, 24/7 bar and regular events.

Learn how to work in a young, fun environment with lots of cool responsibilities whilst soaking up the Kenyan coastal culture.
Working alongside local employees offer great insight in how culture and mindset come into play in a hostel where cultures from all over the world mix . You will not only learn what living and working with the local Kenyan culture is like but also how people from all walks of life interact with each other.
Our team is our family and our guests also become part of that family during their stay. Many of our employees have been with us since we started in 2012. You will become part of this family as Workawayer. The management and the team will guide you and teach you all you'll need and want to lear. We as host are in turn eager to learn what you as newest member of the family have got in store for us in terms of knowledge and creativity!

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help out at our amazing Hostel. From making sure our activity board is filled with fun daily activities, joining the guests on fun trips, pumping our social media full of cool content to helping out to plan events, it's all part of the 'job'! If you have anything else special or unique to bring to the table.. bring it on!
