I am an easy going French woman who loves meeting new people and experimenting. Every year I need some time out of Brussels where I live to get some sun, seatime and a big bath in nature.

I am a nomadic chef, cooking what I call conscious food. Meaning I try to be as sustainabale as possible, nurturing as well body and mind with balanced and healthy meals. Healthy and sexy food, with loads of taste, flavours and beautiful.

I've been trained in Ayurveda cooking, and this year I am following a nutrition training.

I am also assisting people with mindful eating, helping them to be more conscious and connected to their emotions and physical sensations througout guided exercices and meditations. I do it one to one or in group with mindful dinners (and it s a lot of fun too ;)).

And I am also good with media and marketing tools as it was my former work life.

Otherwise my current hobbies are dancing ( mainly blues and swing), yoga, pilates, languages, hikes, reading...
Always happy to discover new worlds, people and other centers of interests.
