Hi, my name is Payton! I am a recent college graduate from California, U.S., who is looking to travel and engage in cultural exchange. I will be traveling in Europe this summer (2026). This is my first time using Workaway, and I am excited to create meaningful experiences and meet new people.

I just completed two university degrees in ecosystem management and conservation science. I have a lot of experience working outside and working on gardening and farming projects, using skills such as weeding, mulching, composting, trail/path building and pruning. Additionally, I have hands-on animal care experience, having worked at animal shelters caring for both wild and domestic animals. I also have experience working with and teaching children as a mentor, camp counselor, and babysitter. I am a quick learner and am always excited to gain new experiences and learn new skills.

I love being outside and enjoy hiking, swimming, and biking. I also love singing, playing music, and acting. I also enjoy playing board games, cooking, baking, and learning new art skills.
