Hi everyone :)

I'm Linda, university student and ghostwriter for German musicians. I start to write my thesis soon and work remotely from my laptop, which means I can take some time for myself and gain amazing experiences with workaway. It would be wonderful to return inspired & with new people in my heart!

I'd consider myself a warm and empathetic person who doesn't shy away from any task. My friends also say I've got an awkward kind of humor, which is fine for me - I just love to make people laugh - and it works!

Besides helping you at home or with other tasks, I would love to get to know the area you live in and what makes it special! I am interested in art, good coffee, history - and places with a great view to relax for a while.

I was an Au Pair in Ireland and have a younger sister, so I bring experience with children and teenagers and of course helping around the house. Please note I don't feel confident enough to take care of very young kids, though. I grew up with cats and a dog & right now I am the proud mom of Abby, a very cuddly british short hair mix. I have solid gardening skills and would be delighted to learn more about vegetable growing and herbalism. On top, I am a fast learner and just happy if I can help with anything!

Baking is my passion, cakes, cookies, no special occasion needed! I would love to cook more and try new recipes, as I don't have much time to do that regularly. I am experienced in decluttering, painting and renovating places as well as selling clothes online. I'm interested in interior, DIY, .. simply making places cozy and individual.
I also had the chance to be an airbnb co-host a few years ago!

I am Cov19 vaccinated & have a global travel health insurance, covering the whole stay.

Important:
I'm working remotely from my laptop twice per week. I can arrange working hours around my work for you (as I work during German daytime, the time shift works in my favor in countries like Canada or the US). It always went well with hosts in the past. Or I happily offer to work more on other days for you :)

Space for myself and personal time is important, and I respect your need for that as well. Even though I am flexible with working hours and really would love to spend time together, I am also happy to have some time for myself.

Last but not least: As much as I want to enjoy my stay, I want you to be happy with me as well. So let's discuss every question coming to our curious minds :)

  I'm doing intermittent fasting for years already and usually don't have breakfast (i might change my mind when pancakes are involved 😄)
