Hey there :), I'm Erik from Germany; curious, active, and always up for a challenge. I love exploring new places, connecting with people from different backgrounds, and learning by doing. Over the past years, I've worked in retail, organized youth trips as a team leader, and gained experience managing groups and planning activities … so I'm used to being reliable, social, and hands-on.
I'm currently traveling through New Zealand on a working holiday, and I'm especially interested in jobs where I can combine practical work with meeting locals and learning new skills. Whether it's helping with guests, assisting on a farm, or supporting creative projects. I'm motivated by teamwork, a positive atmosphere, and seeing real results from what I do.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, creating videos, and exploring nature from hiking to spontaneous road trips.

I’ve worked in retail and customer service for several years, so I’m used to helping people, organizing stock, and keeping things running smoothly … even when it gets busy. I also have experience as a youth leader, where I planned activities, guided groups, and built a positive, supportive atmosphere. That taught me how to stay responsible, patient, and a good communicator in all kinds of situations.

Besides that, I’m physically active and enjoy hands-on work, whether it’s cleaning, gardening, or basic maintenance tasks. I like learning new practical skills and don’t mind getting my hands dirty.
I also have a creative side: I edit videos, manage social media pages, and enjoy creating digital content. So I’m happy to help with photography, online projects, or promotion if needed.

I speak fluent German and English, so I can easily communicate with both guests and teams.
Overall, I’m flexible, reliable, and always ready to help wherever I’m needed.

In my free time I love going to the gym, exploring new places, and filming small travel or lifestyle videos. I’m also into football and other outdoor activities … basically anything that keeps me moving :) . I enjoy cooking for others, playing games in the evening, and sharing stories with people from different backgrounds.
I like to stay positive and make others feel comfortable, so I’m always up for a laugh or a good talk after work.
