Hi!

Duc is my name and currently I'm living in Finland.

I came to workaway as I love having genuine conversations and spending time with people. It's a bonus for me to see new places and try different things. Hopefully I may find something I get lost in it through this journey.

When it comes to volunteering, I have a bit of experience working in a farm, helping in a household and living in a community.

In a farm I know how to plant, water, weed, and harvest fruits and vegetables. I'm also comfortable running errands and doing household chores around the house. When it comes to festivals, I'm glad to help with buildup and takedown and work in food stands as well.

I’m a tidy person and like to keep my space neatly. While I’m more of a night owl, I can adjust to your schedule and follow the shared rules.

Duc was really nice always prepared to help with whatever help we needed. He was a kind company and we had some nice game evenings. Duc is a very talkative and curious person which lead to interesting deep conversations that we enjoyed.

My stay with Fleur, Jojo and Ana lasts more than 3 weeks and it was beyond my expectations. I was a family member rather than just another seasonal worker.

I stayed with Helen and Gabi for a month in the farm. While leaving a bit earlier, we spent quality time together. I worked 5 hours/day with other workawayers and the tasks were manageable though a bit repetitive with mostly weeding :) The hosts were very understanding, forgiving and sympathetic when I stuttered or made mistakes.
