Looking for some time out in nature, and to spend time learning new skills, giving my own skills and meeting like minded people... Passionate about connection, community and finding a way to live life in this world, in a more loving way to the earth, to our people and to ourselves... I recently graduated as a breathwork facilitator and am happy to share this with others. Exchanges always welcome

I never know where to start with these things...but:
I have just graduated as a breath work facilitator, so can offer this as a skill :)
I am passionate about understanding emotions and relationships. In my own practice I enjoy taking time to be still, journalling, meditation, reiki..
In practical terms, I have worked in a whole range of areas, hospitality, education (most recently in Spain for a year) , office jobs, Admin/Receptionist and others.I studied Spanish at University, along with other topics so can offer languages as a skill.
I am a fast learner, interested , wanting and open to learn new skills - especially around gardening, farming, permaculture, living sustainably - good at paying attention to detail, quite good at coming up with solutions - thinking critically - committed to helping create and be a part of a community.
I have no training, but am drawn to creativity, writing poetry, collaging, photography, writing (creative writing and formal writing). I also studied music from a young age, and play some instruments (clarinet, recorder, saxophone) .. I am looking to help as much as I can, to learn, and to connect and have some time in nature.
