Hi! My name is Przemysław Hebda. I am 33 years old.
I got involved into permaculture design and regenerative agricultre 4 years ago after I moved to my great-grandfathers farm which is localized in the SW Poland. Through life I tried many things, had many hobbies but cooking was always present as my main hobby. I grow veggies, process them, I also started to sell some. I am baking sourdough bread (was albo selling) and I am a homebrewer for 7 years.
My second main hobby is traveling. I hitch-hiked across Europe (approx. 25k km). I decided to make my wish come true which is vanlife. I was wondering about it since high school. I bought my first van when I was studing geology but it was scrap so I sold it and my dream was dead for years. It hit me back when I started to travel again 3 years ago. I did quit my job (worked in office) and I want to be 100% into my farming, permaculture design. I wish to spend every winter in the south of Europe to rest, sightseeing, go mineral hunting, metal detector hunting, surfing, meet people, learn languages, experience cultures, know myself better. Also I would like to visit some permaculture project across Europe to get inspired and experince working on different farms, different climates. Also I would like to find local producers like me and make a cooperative to sell their products in Poland after I come back home. I also will bring my preserves, products and veggies with me to cook from them (want to be as most self sufficient as posible). I will travel with my dog - Saren. I am looking for permacultre farms to work like 2-3 weeks and then move to other places.
