We are both from France (Strasbourg) and we quited and job for a travel of 9 month through Latina America. We are eager of descovering new things and learning everything about all kind of work there is in farm or so one.
We arrived in Mexico a few weeks ago and we will do a tour of the country before moving to Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica etc ...

We have some experience in growing vegetables in France. I think that's all at the moment. We worked in accounting and know about administration and so on, but not sure it is much usefull there.
