Hi,

I am an English and history teacher with 23 years of teaching under my belt. So, that is one of the things that I really enjoy and the intellectual pursuits that go with it, as well as, the social aspect and helping others to learn and grow.

I have worked in nine countries from the USA, to Europe to Asia and travelled extensively.

For my hobbies I enjoy walking/hiking, being in nature, reading, writing, cooking and socializing with family and friends and strangers alike.

My family is very important to me. My family of three grown children in Europe and my family in America. I am a dual citizen of Sweden and America.

My profession is as a teacher but I have experience both work and private in many, many areas. Besides schools, I have worked in factories, as a gardener, as a bartender, waiter, janitor, and many many more. I can hunt and fish and keep a garden.
I am fit and healthy and can do most things even if I have no prior skills or knowledge if I am helped along or can figure it out on my own. For example, I cannot built a house but I could help someone to do it and learn. I am a quick to learn and enjoy learning new things.
