Hej,

I live in Berlin /Germany and I have been working here for many years as a TV journalist, mainly for children's TV.
In the meantime, I am 60 years old and have raised a son.

Now I am drawn to faraway places and I have a great desire to live and work in nature.

Since I have saved money, I would now like to take a few months or maybe years off from my job after more than 30 years of filmmaking.

I also have a strong connection to animals, had a dog, a cat, rats, budgies, a hamster, rode and vaulted for years and am also a trained VMTA (Veterinary Medical Technical Assistant ) and studied veterinary medicine for two years until
I dropped out to become first an actor and then a television journalist.

During my study time I had worked a lot for example as a waiter, in snack bars, I served on events, worked at film productions in the catering or I drove the caravan for the actors.
I also worked in a copy store, in a pub or in a Christmas tree sales stand and so I am used to adapt to different work situations and life circumstances.

I am a good team player, easy going, patient, I like to laugh and like to work in a team with other people and also
I am doing well alone and independently.

Since I often worked outside, in the nature and with animals, so I am not afraid of getting dirty.

I am a life loving and travel enthusiastic person. I am happy to learn new skills and try out new things.

For me this is now a start as a workawayer and I would like to learn a lot.

My first experience in volunteering I made in the spring 2022.

I worked for six weeks in a seabird and pinguin rescue station and enjoyed this work much.

I would be happy to meet you and to be part of your home and your family for a while! :)
