Hi there,
Since spending until January 24 in Chongqing, China, as a language instructor I have been short of vitamin D (Chongqing is known for mild UV radiation from the sun and people with bright-pale skin), so I would be happy for some work under the sun! :)

Currently I live and work in Edmonton, AB, Canada. I must prepare for an IELTS exam and also would like to improve my Russian or Cantonese. I was studying Cantonese for about 2 years mostly using Duolingo and language exchanges with locals when I was living in China. Before that after working in sales in Israel, I also learned a bit Russian for the purpose of communication with customers from former USSR. Learning languages is a big passion of mine, and I have Master of arts in teaching Hebrew as a 2nd language. I have been living in China for ten years and also fluent in Mandarin (Chinese), BTW, this is one of the rezones I find it very easy to learn Cantonese with Duolingo. To get better work opportunities, I must practice my English to prepare for the IELTS exam. It could be nice to find someone to exchange. Can you be my language partner? Oh! I was born and raised in a kibbutz in north Israel and had done some farm work with horses and cows as a teenager. I know how to clean and take care of horses. My cooking skills are proficient as I worked as a restaurant cook and before that while serving the IDF. I also have a driving license for a private car and tractor.
I have been teaching English in China for kindergarten children from 2009 to 2014 and also in 2021, and lately I have been teaching Hebrew for university students of Hebrew major.

My job is as a language teacher and I also have a Master's degree in Second Language Acquisition, apart from that, I am also a Chinese martial arts instructor. I love learning new languages and enjoy sharing all my skills since I feel it makes us mutually get better in the skills we share.
