I have 29 years old and last year the love of my life died ( my dog, Dreamy) after 11 years together. It was a very tought time but it gave me the courage to plan a trip of one year over the world to help dogs. I would like to learn about culture, improve my english and my Spanish, connect with nature, people and animal. The purpose of my travel (septembre 2023 to march 2025) is to help and rescue animals.

I’m actually looking for my next volunteer place for september 2024. I’m now looking for a different experience and I’m open to volunteer for every type of place where I can work a lot to help. I’m looking for a projet that really needs help and have tons of things to do !

I have a lot of experience with animals. I have done some rescue in Canada (dogs and cats) and i have been a Foster home for some Shelter around my place. I also have experience of grooming dogs, taking care of new born puppies and kittens, walking and training dogs and I’m definitely a professional poo picker upper !

My experience in Central and South America has taught me that I would rather help street dogs than volunteer at a shelter that has hundreds of dogs always in cages. However, I am always open to cultural differences depending on the country, I am aware that things can be different.

I also have work experience on construction. I can do some painting and other little stuff. For the bigger things, if you show me how to do it, i am a very motivated and capable person and I will do it nicely with a big smile.

I have creativity on the kitchen to do some good food as I’m vegeterian.
In Canada I was a social worker to help vulnerable poeple to have a better life. So im very good to teach, learn and talk with each other as I am a very good listener.

I also organized a few fundraising using Facebook and Instagram to reach out more people. I have organisations skills and I like to give my help to better promoted organism for which I work.
