Traveling feels like a refreshing experience for my soul, and I enjoy gaining new perspectives and skills.
I would describe myself as a calm yet curious person, with an adventurous streak. For me, happiness lies in engaging conversations, feeling connected to others, being in nature and with animals, and indulging in music, dance, and art.

I also find it very important to be concious about my privileges, to appreciate my surroundings and to remain humble. Not just to consume the world.

I have a passion for dancing, movement practices (including animal moves, easy acrobatics, and yoga), as well as circus and theater. I am eager to learn new skills in these areas and explore different styles of dance and theater arts during my journey.

In 2024, I will be starting a formation as a dance therapist. So, to fellow dance therapists out there: if you would like to share some skills with me, please let me know! :)

Que habilidades tienes?

- Conducting workshops in soft skills such as self-reflection and communication. I have worked for the past three years as a trainer and coach in personal development.
- Teaching the basics of dance/ballet and basic acrobatics to children and adults.
- Organizing events and appointments/ office management
- Performing cleaning and household tasks.
- I love decluttering and decorating rooms in a new, stylish way, using the available resources.
- Caring for animals, including past experience with horse riding from age 10 to 17. I would love to work with horses again. Additionally, I worked on a sheep and pig farm in France for three weeks in 2019.
- I have worked in a senior residence, so I can provide some light care for elderly individuals (but no medical support).
