Hello!
Moya here, I'm 27 and I'm from Ireland. :)
I started travelling about 6 years ago now, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
I love moving around, experiencing new places, learning new skills, picking up a new hobby, meeting new people... Everything that comes with travelling! :)
But usually when I find a place that suits me I like to stay there for a few months or more, work and really experience life there.
I've worked and volunteered in many different places over the last few years so I'd say I'm a bit of an all rounder, Jack of all trades.. master of none.. Ooops! Hehe ;)
I have worked in many different areas of the hospitality industry in the past.. bars, restaurants, hostels, hotels.
Waiter, bartender, chef, reception. Lots of experience there!
In the last 3/4 years I've started teaching English and I've been loving it.
I started working in summer camps, then moved to English language centers, to Montessori kindergarten and then to adventure camps!
I love working with kids,
I also tip home to Ireland every so often to work construction at music festivals, so I'm well used to a bit of manual labour!

Me myself.. I'm think a pretty up-beat person.
I like to spread good energy, you get back what you give ! :)
I have lots of hobbies.. more than I can keep up with most of the time.. they also depend on my location.
But mostly, I like to go hiking, climbing, spend time in nature, play music , practice yoga, photography, artsy crafty things, fire poi and..

First and foremost, I'm an outgoing person who's always willing to get stuck in, no matter what the job may be. :)
I have worked in a few hostels, many bars and restaurants, animal rescues, farms, schools and summer camps. So my skillset has become quite diverse over the years..
I have experience working with cob/adobe.. You can see a little cob oven I built in my pictures!
You can also see pictures of some of my jewelry/dreamcatchers/macramé madness! It's something I've been doing for years and I usually travel with my crafts kit, maybe I can make you something!
I am TEFL certified!
I have been teaching English for 3 years now, both in classroom and summer camp environments. I work really well with kids and teens. I've played sports all my life which has always come in handy at summer camps!
I'm musical and usually travel with some sort of instrument (ukulele at the moment), always up for a jam and a bit of a sing song. Yeeehawww!!
I'm also happy to share yoga practices together, I have just completed my 200 hours yoga teacher training in India and I'm eager to teach as much as possible! :)

The area is really beautiful. If you like hiking, cycling, climbing there's plenty to be done around Barria!
It is very rural though so if you're a big city kinda person it's probably not for you.

Since the first day she worked really hard in our bar and restaurant, she also collaborated in our morning camps with the kids.
We are looking forward to welcoming her again in the future!
