Hey ! ☀️

My name is Morgane :) I'm a 23years old French who grew up in the south of France (near Toulouse for those who know ahah)
Recently qualified as a nurse, I want to enjoy some time to travel and make experiences before embarking on professional life

I spend the biggest part of 2024 abroad : I first did a solidarity volunteering of 2 months in the south of Portugal : I worked in 2 associations responsible for preparing food and distributing it to people in precarious/homeless situations.
Then I came back to Portugal for the summer season, I did a 3 months workaway at a surf school in Alentejo. It went great, I worked at the reception, with the clients checks in's, attending to their questions and requests - giving informations, and I also gave surf lessons
It's an experience that I really really loved a lot !
And then I have been in Morocco for the months of November and December, again for a workaway in a surf school ahah, it has been great too

2025 meant for me a biggest trip. I left in the end of September and I've spent 1 month in Thailand, 1 month in Sri Lanka and I arrived in December in Australia with a working holiday visa !
So far I've worked as an au pair with 3 adorable kids, and in a dairy farm in Tasmania.
I would love to discover other places in this big and beautiful country, whether for a job or volunteering !

I can teach French without any problem as it is my native language. I'm also fluent in English: it's not absolutely perfect but I can teach the basics, I would in any case like to continue practicing it to improve myself. Also, I understand very well spanish but I need to pratice to talk it. So I would like to specially learn Spanish, but all languages ​​attract me !

To talk more deeply about myself, I think I can say that I am a very open-minded and positive person, full of energy, dynamic and curious to learn new things.
So I'm open to any type of volunteering :)

People say that I'm very helpful, I have always had in me this instinct to take care of others, from where I guess my choice to become a nurse

My father has a farm, so I grew up in the countryside taking care of sheep and as a result I gained some experience in farming and looking after animals. I also have 2 dogs (border collies), whom I love very much. So animals are absolutely not a problem for me, all the contrary !

As a kid I did a lot of camps every summer and winter, in addition to occasionally taking care of the little ones of my family, so I feel very comfortable with children :)

I love meeting new people and learning from others, sharing anecdotes, laughing and sharing good times !

I like to spend quality time with friends, and I love sports : hiking/trekking, swimming, running, surfing and snowboarding

I'm feeling close to nature, particularly the sea or ocean, and respecting it is therefore obvious to me. I really enjoy walking at the beach, in the forest, or whatever the landscape is. I appreciate slow time in the nature

I also really enjoy photography and I like especially to paint, even if I appreciate every manual activities

Another thing that I really like is eating and discovering new food, I would really like to improve my cooking skills
