Hi, I'm Marc, a 22-year-old from Barcelona. I consider myself a cheerful, active person with a strong desire to learn. I’m passionate about sports, I go to the gym almost every day, I run, and I also dance, especially styles like reggaeton, commercial, and urban.

I'm very sociable and I enjoy meeting new people from different places and cultures. I love helping others, sharing experiences, and working as part of a team. At the same time, I really value peaceful moments reading, enjoying nature, or relaxing by the fire.

I have experience working in retail and social media, where I’ve learned to be responsible, organized, and creative. I’ve also been involved in family projects, from helping with small businesses to managing digital content.

I’d love to live new experiences outside of Spain, improve my English, and bring my energy to projects that make a positive impact. I'm open to learning anything from helping out with rural life to supporting social or creative tasks.

When it comes to practical tasks, I’m happy to help with cleaning, cooking, organizing, basic maintenance, or general household support. I’m also passionate about animals: I absolutely love them and enjoy taking care of them and spending time with them.

Dance and sports are two of my biggest passions, which have helped me develop consistency and discipline. I also really enjoy being in nature, so I’m more than happy to help in gardens, on farms, or with outdoor projects.

I have experience in customer service and sales, where I learned to communicate with all kinds of people, solve problems, and work well as part of a team. I’ve also managed social media (content, creativity, trends), which has given me skills in digital marketing and organization.

I believe my greatest strength is my ability to adapt to any situation, keep a positive attitude, and work with energy and enthusiasm wherever I’m needed.

I love dancing and spending time in nature, whether it’s running, exploring, or seeking out new outdoor experiences. I take good care of my physical and mental well-being, and I enjoy sharing positive energy with the people around me.
