Languages, cultural exchanges and travels have always been a significant source of bliss in my life ! They are the opportunity to grow in perspectives and to develop self-awareness.

It is also the case with volunteering which enables to make genuine connexions with people and to contribute, as a little ant, to make the world a better place ! And if in this field, there are plenty of things that can be done, I feel particularly sensitive to sustainable eco-friendly projects and social engagement.

Finally, I am a passionate of nature, yoga, literature and photo making.

I used to be a personal assistant in big international industrial companies for 8 years before to convert myself, some years ago, in an English and a yoga teacher. I am now lucky to work in fields I am passionate about and which meet my personnal values. I teach English for beginners in small groups of adults or teenagers (mainly in community centers) and yoga for groups and individuals.

Volunteering is also an important part of my life as I serve church weekly going to visit pensioners and performing the ceremony of Eucharist. I also often contribute to interfaith management activities and food collects for charity.

I had the chance once to contribute to make a permaculture garden and my new project
is to learn more about farming, gardening and animal caring in a sustainable and eco-friendly way.

I am enthusiastic, hardworking and always eager to learn and do my best to satisfy the needs.
