Hi, this is Lulu from Taiwan! I’m a snowboard instructor and I work in Japan for winter. I’ve being solo traveling for ten years, this summer I decided to explore Italy and have some different experiences, while I can also learn about local cultures and share my experiences from Asia.
I’ve done some volunteering and workaways in Australia, Turkey, and South America —horse ride tours, dog shelter, painting, yoga retreats, fruit picking, gardening, animal care, and childcare. I have over five years of tour guiding and event organizing experience, and I fully enjoyed it and learned a lot through all the tiny little tasks.
P.S Animals love me ! As much as I do.

And I’m Solar ! Back in Taiwan, I work as a mountain guide, so being outdoors, getting my hands dirty, and solving random problems in nature is pretty much my everyday life. This year, I’ve started my nomadic journey to experience different ways of living. Over the years, I’ve picked up a mix of practical skills—from working in restaurant kitchens and campsites, to gardening and farm work. I’m a confident driver, I genuinely love being around animals, and lately I’ve been learning videography and video editing. In my free time, I also DJ ecstatic dance sessions, so I’m always happy to share some good music.

I’m really fit and sporty, willing to experience anything and also big animal lover. I did a few working exchanges in different countries . Including gardening, feeding sheep’s and helping horse ranches , planting trees, housekeeping, cooking , and guiding free diving sessions.
Also guiding camping events and stand up paddle sessions.

The reason I like to choose workaway is to experience a different lifestyle that I can learn and share from. I’ve spent so many unforgettable moments with the local people , immersing ourselves to completely different culture and thoughts, exchanging tastes, knowledge and even faiths. The connection with the land through the hosts are so much deeper than sightseeing. This is one of the best ways to learn and could say I’ve really been here .
Also, I’m interested in any sports, I ski and snowboarding , surfing , wakeboard,free diving, hiking and camp a lot as well. So it will also be nice if we can share a bit time for a hike or anything :)
